Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը Բանկի զարգացման տեսլականն ու ընթացքն է ներկայացրել մերձավորարևելյան երկրներում առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին՝ khaleejtimes-ին: Հարցազրույցը ներկայացնում ենք թարգմանաբար՝ հիմնական շեշտադրումներով:
Կոնվերս Բանկը տրանսֆորմացվել է
Նորարարությունն առաջնային է Կոնվերս Բանկի տեսլականում և առաքելության մեջ. մենք առաջինն էինք, որ Հայաստանում գործարկեցինք մոբայլ բանկային հավելված՝ սահմանելով նոր չափանիշներ: Գործարկված՝ ամբողջովին վերափոխված հավելվածը մոդուլային, «լեգո»-ի նման ճարտարապետությամբ է, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս փոփոխել, անհատականացնել բանկային փորձառությունը, ինչը բացառիկ է Հայաստանում:
Նոր՝ Next կոնցեպտային մասնաճյուղում կտրամադրվի բարձրակարգ խորհրդատվություն, հաճախորդները կուղղորդվեն թվային բանկային ծառայությունների: Մեր նպատակն է ոչ միայն տրամադրել թվային գործիքներ, այլև փոխել՝ «թվային» դարձնել նրանց մտածելակերպը։
Բանկն առաջատար դիրք է զբաղեցնում նաև կորպորատիվ ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում, իսկ Tabadul հարթակի միջոցով աշխատում է առևտրի և ֆիքսված եկամտով արժեթղթերի զարգացող շուկաներում։
Տեխնոլոգիաները նաև խթանում են արդյունավետությունը
Կոնվերս Բանկը Հայաստանում առաջինն էր, որ կանխիկի կառավարումը սկսեց իրականացնել ԱԲ վրա հիմնված համակարգերի միջոցով՝ եռապատկելով արդյունավետությունը և կտրուկ կրճատելով գործառնական ծախսերը:
Կոնվերս Բանկն ակտիվորեն աջակցում է սոցիալական ծրագրերին
Կոնվերս Բանկը սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել՝ ոչ միայն ստանալ, այլև տալ. եթե մենք վաստակում ենք, ապա պիտի նաև վերադարձնենք։ Յուրաքանչյուր տարի մենք զգալի միջոցներ ենք հատկացնում տարբեր ոլորտներում սոցիալական նախաձեռնությունների իրականացմանը:

Հաշվի առնելով ենթակառուցվածքները և հաստատված գործընկերային հարաբերությունները հատկապես ԱՄԷ-ի տիպի երկրների հետ՝ Հայաստանը կարող է կարևոր դեր ստանձնել տարածաշրջանային առևտրում և ֆինանսական ոլորտում:
Հայաստանը հեռանկարային է գյուղատնտեսության, արդյունաբերության, կրթության և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում ներդրումների համար:
