Սրտի կաթվածը կամ ինֆարկտը մնում է մահացության հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը աշխարհում։ Սակայն ամենահետաքրքիր և միևնույն ժամանակ ամենավտանգավոր փաստը այն է, որ շատ մարդիկ չեն ճանաչում սրտի կաթվածի առաջին նշանները։ Իսկ դրանք իմանալը բառացիորեն կարող է փրկել կյանքեր։

 Ի՞նչ է իրականում տեղի ունենում

Սրտի կաթվածը առաջանում է, երբ սրտամկանը արյուն մատակարարող զարկերակը փակվում է՝ սովորաբար խոլեստերինային փաթիլի կամ թրոմբի պատճառով։ Սիրտը մնում է առանց բավարար թթվածնի, և եթե արյան հոսքը չվերականգնվի մի քանի րոպեում, սրտամկանային բջիջները սկսում են մահանալ։

 Առաջին և ամենատարածված նշանները

Բժիշկները տարբերակում են մի շարք նախանշաններ, որոնք հաճախ անտեսվում են կամ շփոթվում սովորական անհարմարության հետ։

  1. Ցավ կամ ճնշում կրծքավանդակում․ սովորաբար դա սեղմող, այրող կամ ծանրության զգացողություն է, որը կարող է տարածվել դեպի ձախ ձեռքը, պարանոցը կամ մեջքը։

  2. Շնչառության դժվարացում․ նույնիսկ հանգիստ վիճակում մարդը կարող է զգալ, որ օդը «չի հերիքում»։

  3. Սառնային քրտնարտադրություն․ հանկարծակի և ուժեղ քրտնարտադրությունը առանց ակնհայտ պատճառի՝ վտանգավոր ազդանշան է։

  4. Գլխապտույտ, սրտխառնոց կամ փսխում․ հատկապես կանանց մոտ սրտի կաթվածը հաճախ արտահայտվում է ոչ թե կրծքավանդակի ցավով, այլ ընդհանուր վատ ինքնազգացողությամբ։

  5. Անհանգստության կամ մահվան վախի զգացում․ որոշ մարդիկ պատմում են, որ ինֆարկտից մի քանի րոպե առաջ ունենում են հանկարծակի «վախի ալիք» կամ անհասկանալի տագնապ։

Ինչ անել առաջին րոպեներին

Եթե կասկածում եք սրտի կաթված, պետք է անհապաղ կանչել շտապօգնություն։
Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս մինչ բժշկի ժամանումը նստել հանգիստ դիրքով և, եթե հնարավոր է, ընդունել ասպիրին (եթե ալերգիա չկա)՝ արյան մակարդման գործընթացը դանդաղեցնելու համար։


Ինչպե՞ս կանխել

Սրտի կաթվածի վտանգը կարելի է նվազեցնել՝ հետևելով մի քանի պարզ կանոնների․

  • Կառավարել արյան ճնշումը և խոլեստերինի մակարդակը,

  • Դադարեցնել ծխելը,

  • Նվազեցնել աղի և յուղերի օգտագործումը,

  • Կատարել ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն օրական առնվազն 30 րոպե,

  • Անհրաժեշտ է պարբերաբար այցելել սրտաբանի, նույնիսկ եթե ոչինչ չի անհանգստացնում։

Սրտի կաթվածը հաճախ անսպասելի է, բայց երբեք՝ անակնկալ, եթե գիտես, թե ինչը պետք է նկատել։ Վաղ ճանաչված ախտանիշները և արագ արձագանքը կարող են տարբերություն ստեղծել կյանքի ու մահվան միջև։
