Բաքվի զինվորական դատարանում քննության առարկա են դարձել Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ծննդյան վկայականն ու անձնագիրը: Այս մասին գրում է «Ազատությունը»։

Ադրբեջանցի մեղադրողը մասնավորապես հարց է տվել Հարությունյանին, թե ինչու է նրա ծննդյան վկայականում գրված, որ ծնվել է Ստեփանակերտում՝ Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ում, իսկ արդեն անձնագրում որպես ծննդվայար նշված է Հայաստանի ԽՍՀ:

«Արդյո՞ք սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը Ղարաբաղը համարում է իր տարածքը», - Արայիկ Հարությունյանին հարցրել է պետական մեղադրող Վյուսալ Աբդուլաևը:

Անկախ լրատվամիջոցների և միջազգային կառույցների բացակայությամբ ընթացող դատական նիստից մանրամասներ է հաղորդող ադրբեջանական պետական «Ազերթաջ» գործակալությունը նշում է, թե Արայիկ Հարությունյանը խուսափել է պատասխանել ադրբեջանցի մեղադրողի այդ հարցին՝ հայտարարելով, թե այդ խնդիրը երբեք չի քննարկել Հայաստանի իրավասու մարմինների հետ:

Ավելի քան երկու տարի Բաքվում անազատության մեջ գտնվող Արցախի նախկին ղեկավարը դատարանում նաև պարզաբանումներ է ներկայացրել, թե ինչով են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիների անձնագրերը տարբերվել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների անձնագրերից. միակ տարբերությունը, ըստ նրա, եղել է 070 կոդը:

Ըստ «Ազերթաջ»-ի, Հարությունյանն ասել է, թե 070 կոդը հատուկ նշվել է այն բանի համար, որպեսզի այդ անձնագիրն ունեցող Արցախի քաղաքացիները չկարողանան մասնակցել Հայաստանում անցկացվող ընտրություններին: Ամեն դեպքում, նշել է նա, այդ անձնագրերով արցախցիները կարողացել են արտերկիր մեկնել և շրջագայել որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ:
