Երեկ մենք Նեռի բեմադրած հակաքրիստոնեական ներկայացման, և դրան ուղեկցած իրական հավատացյալների նկատմամբ բացահայտ բռնության հետքերով հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացրեցինք ՀՀ դատախազություն:
 
Մենք այս Գլխավոր դատախազի հետ որևէ հույսեր չենք կապում, նա շարունակաբար պարտակել է վարչախմբի կողմից իրականացվող բոլոր ապօրինությունները, և դարձել է նրա ձեռքում այլախոհների հետապնդման անխափան գործիք: Սակայն մենք ենթադրում ենք, որ իրավապահ համակարգում դեռ կան խելամիտ և պետականամետ մարդիկ, որոնք գիտակցում են, որ երկրում իրավական ամենաթողությունը բևեռացված հասարակության պայմաններում հանգեցնելու է անարխիայի և քաոսի, պետության համար ամենաաղետալի հնարավոր հետևանքներով, և կփորձեն տեղափոխել իրադարձությունների հետագա զարգացումը իրավական և օրինական հուն:
 
Մենք բոլոր դեպքերում հետամուտ ենք լինելու, որպեսզի Հովհանավանքի բռնազավթման և պղծման հիմնական մեղավորները օրենքով նախատեսված իրենց պատիժը կրեն՝ եթե ոչ հիմա, ապա առաջիկա իշխանափոխությունից հետո: Մինչ այդ, կիսվում եմ իմ երեկվա ելույթով, ի վերջո օրենքի իշխանությունը Հայաստանում վերականգնելու անկեղծ ակնկալիքով:
