COVID-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութը կարող է երկարացնել քաղցկեղով հիվանդների կյանքը
SOCIETYԴրանց թվում են mRNA-ի վրա հիմնված դեղամիջոցները, այդ թվում՝ Pfizer-ի և Moderna-ի պատվաստանյութերը: Գիտնականները վերլուծել են 2019-2023 թվականներին թոքերի քաղցկեղի կամ մելանոմայի դեմ բուժված ավելի քան հազար հիվանդների տվյալները: Վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստված հիվանդները բուժումը սկսելուց հետո 100 օրվա ընթացքում ավելի երկար են ապրել:
Թոքերի քաղցկեղի որոշակի տեսակ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ mRNA կորոնավիրուսի պատվաստանյութի ընդունումը կապված էր գոյատևման գրեթե կրկնակի աճի հետ՝ 21-ից մինչև 37 ամիս: Մետաստատիկ մելանոմայով չպատվաստված հիվանդները միջինում ապրել են 27 ամիս:
Հետագա մկների վրա կատարված փորձարկումները ցույց տվեցին, որ պատվաստումները ակտիվացնում են օրգանիզմի իմունային համակարգը։ Այս արձագանքը, իր հերթին, մեծացնում է թերապիայի արդյունավետությունը։
«Medical On Group» կլինիկաների ցանցի բժշկական տնօրեն Սվետլանա Կանևսկայան նախկինում բացատրել էր mRNA պատվաստանյութերի և ավանդական պատվաստանյութերի միջև եղած տարբերությունը ։ Վերջիններս, նրա բացատրությամբ, արտադրվում են միկրոօրգանիզմների թուլացած կամ սպանված շտամներից, դրանց նյութափոխանակության արգասիքներից կամ գենետիկական ինժեներիայի կամ քիմիական միջոցներով ստացված հակածիններից։ Երբ այս պատվաստանյութերը մտնում են օրգանիզմ, օրգանիզմը սկսում է սինթեզել պաշտպանիչ հակամարմիններ։
Այսպիսով, mRNA պատվաստանյութը չի պարունակում կենդանի, մեռած կամ թուլացած COVID վիրուս։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, «Գամալեա» կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Գինցբուրգը սեպտեմբերին հայտարարեց, որ Ռուսաստանի երեք առաջատար հետազոտական ինստիտուտներ փաստաթղթեր են ներկայացրել Առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ երկրի առաջին անհատականացված մելանոմայի դեմ պատվաստանյութերի արտադրությունը սկսելու համար : Բուժման համար հիվանդների խմբերն արդեն ձևավորվել են, և նրանց գենետիկական պրոֆիլները ուսումնասիրվել են: Գիտնականները պատրաստ են սկսել թերապիան հաստատում ստանալուց հետո մեկից մեկուկես ամսվա ընթացքում:
