Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում ներկա է գտնվել «Թվային երկխոսություն. Էստոնիա-Հայաստան» աշխատաժողովին: Այս մասին հայտնում են կառավարությունից։

Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել նաև Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Արթուր Աթաբեկյանը, փոխվարչապետներ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, «e-Estonia Briefing Centre»-ի թվային փոխակերպման գծով խորհրդատու Պետրա Հոլմը, ՀՀ օրենսդիր, գործադիր, դատական իշխանությունների, պետական կառավարման համակարգի, ակադեմիական հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ողջունել է աշխատաժողովի մասնակիցներին, նշել, որ Հայաստանում թվայնացման ոլորտի զարգացումն առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է, խոսել մեր երկրում թվայնացման ոլորտում հեղափոխական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին և այդ համատեքստում՝ կարևորել փորձագիտական ներուժի զարգացումը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ աշխատաժողովը կազմակերպելու միտքն առաջացել է սույն թվականի ապրիլի 27-28-ին Էստոնիայի Հանրապետություն իր կատարած պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում՝ Տալլինում e-Estonia Briefing տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն այցելության ընթացքում:

Երկրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ ծանոթանալով կենտրոնի գործունեությանը, Էստոնիայի թվայնացման և էլեկտրոնային կառավարման կառուցվածքին, թվայնացման ուղղությամբ իրականացված և նախատեսվող ծրագրերին և կարևորելով թվայնացման ոլորտում Էստոնիայի հետ փորձի փոխանակումն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը՝ հանձնարարել է ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությանը նախաձեռնել է e-Estonia Briefing Centre-ի թվային փոխակերպման գծով խորհրդատու Պետրա Հոլմի այցը Հայաստան։ «Հետևաբար մենք այսօր հավաքվել ենք, որպեսզի Պետրա Հոլմից փորձենք իմանալ՝ ինչպես է աշխատում թվայնացումն Էստոնիայում, որ գիտեք համաշխարհային առաջատար է համարվում թվայնացման ոլորտում և փորձենք օգտակար տեղեկություններ քաղել նրա ներկայացումից»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և հույս հայտնել, որ այս աշխատաժողովն էականորեն կնպաստի  Հայաստանի թվայնացման օրակարգի արդյունավետ իրականացմանը:

Աշխատաժողովին բանախոսությամբ հանդես է եկել e-Estonia Briefing Centre-ի թվային փոխակերպման գծով խորհրդատու Պետրա Հոլմը՝ ներկայացնելով Էստոնիայի թվայնացման և էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ոլորտում միջազգային ճանաչում գտած փորձը, իրականացված աշխատանքներն ու ծրագրերը։

Աշխատաժողովի ընթացքում ներկաները հնարավորություն են ունեցել նաև հարցեր ուղղել բանախոսին և ստանալ անհրաժեշտ պատասխաններ։
