Հայաստանի հանրակրթական 3 դպրոցում այս տարի իրականացվում է ադրբեջաներեի ուսուցում

Հայաստանում 2025-2026 ուսումնական տարում ադրբեջաներենի ուսուցում իրականացվում է հանրակրթական 3 ուսումնական հաստատությունում: Այս մասին Panorama.am-ին հայտնեցին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից։
Panorama.am կայքը հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ադրբեջաներեն լեզի ուսուցման վերաբերյալ գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն։ Պետական գերատեսչության պատասխանում նշված է.
«Հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում տարածաշրջանային լեզուների ուսուցման անհրաժեշտությունը բխում է ՀՀ կառավարության 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ի 1363-Ա որոշմամբ հաստատված՝ ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրի կատարումից։ Կառավարության ծրագրի կրթություն ոլորտի միջոցառումներով նախատեսվում է զարգացնել օտար լեզուների, մասնավորապես՝ ռուսերենի, անգլերենի, ֆրանսերենի, նաև տարածաշրջանային լեզուների ուսուցումը:
ՀՀ կառավարության 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ի՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2021-2026 թվականների գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագիրը հաստատելու մասին» N 1902-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատված հավելված 1-ի՝ «Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարություն» բաժնի 6-րդ նպատակի 6.3՝ «Հանրակրթական դպրոցներում տարածաշրջանային լեզուների ուսուցման կազմակերպում» միջոցառման կատարման նպատակով՝ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել են տարածաշրջանային լեզուների առարկայական ծրագրերը։
Հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչի պահանջ է, որ միջնակարգ կրթության ավարտին շրջանավարտը պետք է առնվազն երկու օտար լեզվով բավականին սահուն և հանպատրաստից բանավոր շփվի լեզվակիրների հետ՝ իրեն հետաքրքրող թեմաներով, կարդա և հասկանա տարաբնույթ տեքստեր, այդ թվում՝ ընտրած մասնագիտության ոլորտի բառապաշար պարունակող, տարբեր թեմաների շուրջ հիմնական միտքը կարողանա կառուցել և գրավոր շարադրել:
Տարածաշրջանային լեզուների ուսուցումն իրականացվում է 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարվանից՝ որպես երրորդ օտար լեզու կամ առարկայական խմբակ: Ներկայում ՀՀ տարբեր հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվում է ադրբեջաներեն, թուրքերեն, պարսկերեն և վրացերեն լեզուների ուսումնասիրություն: Ադրբեջաներենի և թուրքերենի ուսուցումը կարող է կազմակերպվել բացառապես 10-12-րդ դասարանների սովորողների համար, իսկ պարսկերենի և վրացերենի ուսուցումը՝ 5-րդ դասարանից սկսած:
2025-2026 ուսումնական տարում ադրբեջաներեն լեզվի ուսուցում իրականացվում է հանրակրթական 3 ուսումնական հաստատությունում: Ծրագրի ներդրումը չի կրում պարտադիր բնույթ․ համապատասխան մասնագետ ունենալու դեպքում ուսումնական հաստատություններն ազատ են տարածաշրջանային լեզուների ուսուցումը ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի հրամաններով հաստատված ծրագրերով կազմակերպելու հարցում, և կոնկրետ ընտրված դպրոցների ցանկ առկա չէ:
Հավելենք, որ «Հանրակրթության մասին» օրենքի 26-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով սահմանված են հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության ուսուցչի որակավորմանը ներկայացվող պահանջները, որոնց պետք է բավարարի նաև տարածաշրջանային լեզվի ուսուցում իրականացնող անձը՝ ներկայացնելով նաև լեզվի իմացությունը հավաստող տեղեկատվություն»:
