Open AI-ն արգելել է ChatGPT-ին տրամադրել իրավաբանական և բժշկական խորհրդատվություն

OpenAI-ը թարմացրել է իր ծառայությունների օգտագործման քաղաքականությունը: Ըստ OpenAI կայքում տեղադրված հաղորդագրության՝ օգտատերերին այժմ արգելվում է իրավաբանական և բժշկական խորհրդատվություն ստանալ ChatGPT չաթբոտից։
Փոփոխությունները ներառում են նաև կրթության, բնակարանային պայմանների, զբաղվածության, ֆինանսների և վարկավորման, ապահովագրության և «անհրաժեշտ պետական ծառայությունների» վերաբերյալ խորհրդատվության արգելք: Ավելին, ChatGPT-ն այլևս չի կարողանա խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել օգտատերերին միգրացիայի և ազգային անվտանգության հարցերի վերաբերյալ։
«Մենք պահանջում ենք, որ օգտատերերը պատշաճ կերպով օգտագործեն մեր ծառայությունները, և մեր քաղաքականության և անվտանգության միջոցառումների խախտումը կամ դրանց չկատարումը կարող է հանգեցնել մեր համակարգերին մուտք գործելու կորստի կամ այլ պատժամիջոցների», - ասվում է ընկերության հայտարարության մեջ:
Պարզաբանվում է, որ ծառայությունները չեն կարող օգտագործվել սպառնալիքների, ահաբեկման, հետապնդման կամ զրպարտության, կամ ինքնասպանության կամ սննդային խանգարումների խթանման նպատակով: Սեռական բռնությունը և ահաբեկչությունը, զենքի ստեղծումը, ձեռքբերումը կամ օգտագործումը, ինչպես նաև խաղամոլությունը նույնպես արգելված են։
OpenAI ծառայություններին նաև արգելվում է օգտագործել անձի պատկերը առանց նրա համաձայնության (ներառյալ ձայնը և իրատեսական դիմանկարները): Արգելվում է գնահատել կամ կանխատեսել անհատի կողմից հանցագործություն կատարելու ռիսկը՝ «միայն նրա անձնական բնութագրերի հիման վրա»։
