Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի մասնագետները հնգօրյա այցով եղել են Կանադայում

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի մի խումբ մասնագետներ ՀՀ ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Ասատուր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ հոկտեմբերի 20-24-ը եղել են Կանադայում։
Պատվիրակության կազմում են եղել «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ (ԶՊՄԿ) կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը, ԶՊՄԿ տեխնիկական տնօրեն Արման Վարդանյանը, ԶՊՄԿ սփյուռքի հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Մակի Իշօ Նշանեանը և կանադահայ փորձագետ Սրապ Օրտսլանը։
Այցի սկզբում Վարդանյանը նախ հանդիպել է Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպան Անահիտ Հարությունյանին, քննարկել Հայաստան-Կանադա տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը և ոլորտային համագործակցության խորացման ուղիները։
Այնուհետև պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել Կանադայի Միջազգային առևտրի գծով փոխնախարարի ավագ տեղակալ, Կանադայի՝ առևտրի գծով գլխավոր հանձնակատար Սարա Ուիլշոուի, Կանադայի բնական պաշարների նախարարության Երկրաբանական ծառայության կենտրոնական վարչության գործադիր տնօրեն Ժենևիև Մարկիի և նույն նախարարության Հողերի ու պաշարների տնօրինության Քաղաքականության և տնտեսագիտության վարչության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ամանդա Ուիլսոնի հետ։
Պատվիրակության անդամները հանդիպել են նաև «Հանքային պաշարների հաշվետվությունների միջազգային ստանդարտների կոմիտեի» (CRIRSCO) նախագահ Գարթ Քիրքհեմի հետ, այցելել հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում լաբորատոր ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնող հաստատություն («CanmetMINING»), ծանոթացել իրականացվող աշխատանքներին։
Վալ դ’Օրում գտնվող Կանադայի խոշորագույն բաց հանքավայրերից մեկում՝ Canadian Malartic-ում նրանք ծանոթացել են անվտանգության, բնապահպանական կառավարման և համայնքային ներգրավվածության առաջադեմ համակարգերին, դիտարկել, թե ինչպես են կանադական ընկերությունները համադրում տնտեսական շահն ու բնապահպանական պատասխանատվությունը։
Իսկ Agnico Eagle Mines ընկերության փոխնախագահ Դանիել ՄակՊարեի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են համայնքների հետ աշխատանքի, փոշու վերահսկման և հողի վերականգնման հարցեր։
«Փոխնախարար Ասատուր Վարդանյանը շատ հետաքրքրված էր պաշարների սահմանման արդյունաբերական չափանիշներով, հետախուզման, զարգացման և սոցիալական, բնապահպանական ուղղություններով կիրառվող քաղաքականությամբ: Նա տարբեր հանդիպումների ժամանակ համապատասխան մասնագետներից այս ամենի վերաբերյալ ստացել է լիարժեք տեղեկատվություն»,- ejc.am-ին հայտնել է հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի միջազգային փորձագետ Սրապ Օրտսլանը։
