«Ընտանիքների միություն» միջտարածաշրջանային հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ և կլինիկական հոգեբան Իրինա Ռուդնիցկայան ամբողջությամբ ընդունել է իր մեղքը անչափահասների ապօրինի շրջանառության գործով։ 

Նա զղջում է իր գործողությունների համար։ Գործի նյութերում նշվում է, որ Ռուդնիցկայան մանրամասն նկարագրել է հանցագործությունը, որում ինքն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել և զղջացել։ Նշվում է, որ հանցագործության կատարումից անցել է ավելի քան հինգ տարի, և այս ընթացքում նա որևէ այլ անօրինական գործողություն չի կատարել։

Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Մոսկվայի մարզի Ռուզա քաղաքից բազմազավակ մայրը մեղադրվեց երեխաների անօրինական առևտրի մեջ: Մոսկվայի դատարանը Ռուդնիցկայային նախնական կալանքի տակ պահելու որոշում կայացրեց: Այս գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել են նաև  Մոսկվայի մարզից մի գործարար և մի կին, որի երեխան, ըստ քննիչների, կարող էր վաճառվել մեկ այլ ընտանիքի:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է օգոստոսի վերջին։ Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ Ռուդնիցկայան պատասխանատու է 3-ից 17 տարեկան 12 երեխաների համար։ Նրան և մյուս մեղադրյալներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուսաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 127.1 հոդվածով (երեխաների առևտուր), որը նախատեսում է մինչև 10 տարի ազատազրկում և որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու արգելք մինչև 15 տարի ժամկետով։

Նախկինում կինը փորձել էր իր օրգանները վաճառել սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով՝ իր երեխայի ապագայի համար։
