Կրակոցներ Գառնիում. մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնի համայնքում զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է։
2015 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնի համայնքի ղեկավար Աշոտ Վարդանյանից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նույն գյուղում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, հնչել են կրակոցներ, որի հետեւանքով վնասվել է որդու ավտոմեքենան, ապա գրավոր հաղորդում է ստացվել նաեւ գյուղապետի որդուց՝ Մարզպետ Աշոտի Վարդանյանից։
Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են զինված միջադեպի հանգամանքները։
Նախնական քննության արդյունքներով՝ 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ի երեկոյան Մարզպետ Աշոտի Վարդանյանի, նրա երկու ազգականների եւ համագյուղացի Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանի միջեւ Գառնի գյուղի տարածքում առաջացել է վիճաբանություն՝ ավտոմեքենաներով ճանապարհը միմյանց չզիջելու պատճառով։ Այն շարունակվել է գազալցակայանի շրջակայքում, ինչը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ընթացքում, քննության տվյալներով, Ռ.Հակոբյանն ինքնաձիգով կրակահերթ է արձակել։ Վնասվել են գյուղապետի որդու ավտոմեքենան, գազալցակայանի սպասասրահի եւ օժանդակ շինության ապակիները:
Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ վիճաբանությանը միջամտել են համայնքի ղեկավար Աշոտ Վարդանյանը, Ռուբեն Հակոբյանի մտերիմները՝ Ա.Սահակյանը եւ Ա.Հայրապետյանը. նախնական տվյալներով՝ վերջիններս եւս ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ են արձակել։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են տարբեր տրամաչափի պարկուճներ, գնդակ, արնանման հետքեր, ավտոմեքենայի վրա հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային 21 վնասվածք։
Զինված խուլիգանություն կատարելու, ապօրինի զենք ու ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ պահելու կասկածանքով Ա.Սահակյանը ձերբակալվել է, հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ զինված խուլիգանության մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու եւ քննությանը ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, հստակեցվում են մասնակիցների ամբողջական շրջանակը, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները։
Մի շարք անձանցից վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, առգրավվել հագուստները, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատակենսաբանական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ վիճաբանությանը մասնակցած անձանց բնակարաններում խուզարկություն կատարելու թույլտվություն ստանալու մասին:
