Կզրկե՞ն Տիգրանի ծնողներին ծնողական իրավունքից. ի՞նչ է որոշել հանձնաժողովը

Փոքրիկ Տիգրանի ծնողներին ծնողական իրավունքից զրկելու հարցը քննարկող հանձնաժողովն ավարտել է աշխատանքի առաջին փուլը։ Մոտ մեկ և կես ժամ տևած քննարկումից հետո որոշվել է գնալ փոքրիկի տուն։ Հանձնաժողովի անդամներն ու մասնագիտական խումբը պետք է զրուցի նաև տղայի մոր հետ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր են հողին հանձնել հոկտեմբերի 27-ից որոնվող և նոյեմբերի 2-ին մահացած հայտնաբերված երեքամյա Տիգրան Օգանեսովին, որին սպանելու մեջ կասկածվում է հայրը։ Վերջինս արդեն իսկ կալանավորված է։ Երեկ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը դեպքից որոշակի մանրամասներ պատմեց՝ ասելով, որ նախնական վարկածի համաձայն հայրը խեղդելով սպանել է որդուն, որից հետո մարմինը տարբեր վայրերում թաքցրել է, որպեզի ոստիկանները կամ փրկարարները չգտնեն երեխայի մարմինը։
Նշենք, որ դրանից հետո հայտարարվեց՝ Ճամբարակի համայնքապետարանում մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի նիստ է տեղի ունենալու, որից հետո կորոշվի՝ Տիգրանի ծնողները զրկվելո՞ւ են ծնողական իրավունքից, թե՞՝ ոչ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ բացի Տիգրանից, ընտանիքն ունի ևս չորս զավակ, որոնք, ըստ գյուղացիների, առողջական խնդիրներ ունեն։ Եվ հիմա հանձնաժողովը պետք է որոշի, թե ինչն է բխում երեխաների լավագույն շահից։ Նկատենք, որ գործընթացը շարունակվելու է իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատանքին զուգահեռ։ Այսինքն՝ վերջնական որոշումն ընդունվելու է հոր մեղավորությունը դատական կարգով հաստատվելուց հետո։
