Չեչնիայից փախստական Այշաթ Բայմուրադովայի ենթադրյալ սպանության օրը Երևանի նրա բնակարանում է գտնվել նաև Չեչնիայի 30-ամյա բնակիչ Սաիդ-Խամզաթ Բայսարովը, ով նախկինում դատապարտվել էր Ռուսաստանում արգելված «Իսլամական պետություն» կազմակերպության ֆինանսավորման և կողոպուտի համար։ Այս մասին գրում է «Օստորոժնո, նովոստի»-ն՝ հղում անելով իր աղբյուրին։

Լրագրողների տվյալներով՝ Բայսարովի ինքնությունը ոստիկանությունը պարզել է տեսահսկման տեսախցիկների ձայնագրություններն ուսումնասիրելուց հետո։ Բացի այդ, Բայմուրադովայի տանը նրա հավանական սպանության օրը գտնվել է Կարինա Իմինովա անունով մի աղջիկ, ում հետ չեչնիացին այն ժամանակ պատրաստվում էր հանդիպել։

«Օստորոժնո, նովոստի»-ն նշում է, որ Բայսարովը 2018 թվականին որպես մեղադրյալ է հանդես եկել Ռուսաստանում արգելված «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության ֆինանսավորման գործով, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց դատարանը նրանից հանել է բոլոր մեղադրանքները։ Բացի այդ, նրա դեմ գործեր են հարուցվել կողոպուտի և վարչական պատժի ենթարկված կամ դատվածություն ունեցող անձի կողմից ոչ սթափ վիճակում մեքենա վարելու համար։ Չեչենիայի բնակչի հայրը Գրոզնիում զբաղվում է բիզնեսով, պնդում է պարբերականը։

Բայսարովի ինքնությունը պարզելուց հետո ոստիկանությունը Բայմուրադովայի հարևաններին հարցաքննել է նրա մասին, հաղորդում է «Օստորոժնո Նովոստի»-ն։ Սակայն, նա և Իմինովան կասկածյալներ չեն համարվել և հետախուզման մեջ չեն հայտնվել, ընդգծում է SK SOS-ը։

«Քննությունը գիտի այդ մարդկանց անունները, բայց պաշտոնապես նրանք կասկածյալի կարգավիճակ չունեն և հետախուզման տակ չեն հայտարարվել։ Սա մտահոգություն է առաջացնում, որ գործը պարզապես կփակվի։ Հարուցված է սպանության գործ, կան վկաների ցուցմունքներ և տեսախցիկների տեսանյութեր։ Հանցագործության վայրում կան երկու անձինք, որոնք հետո շտապ լքում են այն։ Սովորական գործի դեպքում նրանց անմիջապես հետախուզում կհայտարարվեր», - նշել են կազմակերպությունից»։

Այսօր Երևանում ցույց կլինի, որին կմասնակցեն նաև Բայմուրադովայի ընկերներն ու ծանոթները։ Նրանք ակնկալում են այդ կերպ ուշադրություն հրավիրել խնդրի վրա և պահանջել ավելի մանրակրկիտ հետաքննություն անցկացնել։

Այշատ Բայմուրադովան հոկտեմբերի 20-ին մահացած է գտնվել Երևանի վարձակալած բնակարանում: «Կովկասն առանց մոր» նախագծի հիմնադիր Լիդիա Միխալչենկոն հայտնել է, որ ենթադրյալ մարդասպանները, հնարավոր է, որ խեղդամահ են արել չեչեն կնոջը և փախել Ռուսաստան:

Բայմուրադովան փախել էր Չեչնիայի իր ընտանիքից՝ բռնության համար և հետո տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, որտեղ նրան օգնել էին իրավապաշտպանները։ Հոտկեմբերի 17-ին աղջկա մտերիմները հայտնել էին նրա անհետանալու մասին։ Նրանց խոսքերով՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ի երեկոյան չեչնիացին գնացել էր Instagram-ի իր ընկերուհու՝ Կարինա Իմինովայի հետ հանդիպման և չէր վերադարձել։ Այդ ընկերուհու հետևորդների մեջ Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովի շրջապատից մարդկանց են հայտնաբերել։

Մի քանի օր անց Չեչնիայի օմբուդսմեն Մանսուր Սոլտաևը Բայմուրադովայի սպանության մեջ մեղադրել է հենց իրավապաշտպաններին։
