Սիրելի՛ երիտասարդներ,
սիրով տեղեկացնում եմ, որ օրեր առաջ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում իրականացվող մրցույթում իր ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունն է ունենալու «Հայաստան- Արցախ» ՀԵՄ-ը։
Շատ կարևոր է նման ծրագրերում երիտասարդների ակտիվ մասնակցությունը, քանի որ մեր երկրի ապագան բացառապես երիտասարդների ձեռքերում է եւ հենց մասնակցությամբ պետք է գտնվեն խնդիրների լուծումները։ Մեր երիտասարդներից շատերը մի քանի անվանակարգերում մասնակցելու են մրցույթին, ինչի համար շատ ուրախ եմ։
Իմ բոլոր ընկերներին կոչ եմ անում ակտիվորեն մասնակցել ու իրենց հայտերն ուղարկել։
Հաճելի կլինի տեսնել հաստկապես Արցախի երիտասարդների ակտիվությունը։
Հայտարարված մրցույթը խթան է հանդիսանալու երիտասարդների ունեցած գիտելիքի եւ փորձի ռեալիզացման եւ ի նպաստ մեր երկրի օգտագործմանը։
Մրցույթին կարող եք մասնակցել հետևյալ անվանակարգերում․

3. Ի՞նչ անել, որպեսզի երիտասարդները մնան Հայաստանում
4. Ի՞նչ անել, որպեսզի հեռացած երիտասարդները վերադառնան Հայաստան
5. Առողջ սերունդ. Ինչպե՞ս մասսայականացնել սպորտը երիտասարդության շրջանում
