Պարզեցվել են կենսաթոշակների նշանակման ընթացակարգերը

Կառավարության նոյեմբերի 6-ի որոշմամբ պարզեցվել են կենսաթոշակների նշանակման ընթացակարգերը։
Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ նախագծի ընդունմամբ էականորեն արագանալու է կենսաթոշակների նշանակման գործընթացը, կրճատվելու է քաղաքացիների կողմից ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերի քանակը։
Ընդլայնվելու է այն կազմակերպությունների ցանկը, որտեղ աշխատելու դեպքում 1992-2014 թթ. աշխատանքային ստաժը կհաստատվի միայն աշխատանքային գրքույկով՝ առանց սոցիալական վճար կատարած լինելը կամ աշխատավարձ ստանալը հավաստող տեղեկանքի։ Ցանկն ընդլայնվելու է ի հաշիվ 1992-2004թթ․ գործունեություն իրականացրած բյուջետային հիմնարկների, բանկերի, առողջապահական հիմնարկների, կուլտուր-մշակութային, ուսումնական հաստատությունների, որոնց աշխատանքներն այդ տարիներին հիմնականում չեն դադարեցվել։
Միասնականացվելու է աշխատանքային ստաժը հաստատելու ընթացակարգը՝ 1992–2013թթ․ ժամանակահատվածների աշխատանքային ստաժը հաստատելիս աշխատանքային գրքույկի պատշաճ գրառումների և ապահովադիրի կողմից սոցիալական վճար կատարած լինելու տեղեկատվության առկայության դեպքում աշխատավարձի վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր չեն պահանջվի։
Պարզեցվելու է Ղարաբաղում աշխատած անձանց աշխատանքային ստաժը հաստատելու կարգը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ղարաբաղի արխիվները հիմնականում չեն պահպանվել։ Սա նշանակում է, որ Ղարաբաղի տարածքի համար 1992-2013թթ․ աշխատանքային ստաժը կհաստատվի նաև այն դեպքերում, երբ օբյեկտիվորեն բացակայում են սոցիալական վճար կատարելը կամ աշխատավարձ ստանալը հավաստող փաստաթղթերը։
Մշակվելու և ներդրվելու են ծրագրային գործիքներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալու ինքնաշխատ եղանակով հաշվարկել քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրերով կատարված աշխատանքների ստաժը և ձևավորել սոցիալական վճարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքներ։
Հստակեցվելու են աշխատանքային ստաժի հաշվարկման կանոնները, մասնակի կենսաթոշակի իրավունք տվող մասնագիտությունների և պաշտոնների անվանումները։
