Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, Իտալիայի Հանրապետություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում, 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին հանդիպել է Իտալիայի Վճռաբեկ դատարանի գլխավոր դատախազ Պիերո Գաետային:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այցի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է ստորագրել Համագործակցության ընդլայնման մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական դատախազության և Իտալիայի Հանրապետության գերագույն վճռաբեկ դատարանին կից Գլխավոր զինվորական դատախազության միջև:

Աննա Վարդապետյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Իտալիայի գործընկերոջը ջերմ ընդունելության համար և ընդգծել, որ հանդիպումն արժեքավոր հնարավորություն է ընդգծելու մինչ օրս համատեղ կատարված աշխատանքը և ընդլայնելու քրեական վարույթներով միջազգային իրավական համագործակցության շրջանակները:

«Շնորհակալ եմ մեր խնդրանքով իրավական օգնության շրջանակներում տրամադրված փաստաթղթերի և կատարված վարութային գործողությունների համար: Դրանք վճռորոշ նշանակություն են ունեցել մի շարք քրեական գործեր մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան ուղարկելու համար: Վստահեցնում եմ, որ նույն ջանասիրությամբ և պատասխանատվությամբ կատարվում են իտալական կողմի իրավական օգնության պահանջները», – նշել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև Իտալիայի Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը, ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը և ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Եղիազար Ավագյանը:
