Դատարանում վենդետա է եղել․ սպանվածի եղբայրը դանակահարել է մեղադրյալին

MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին արտառոց դեպք էր եղել։ Դատարանում մեղադրյալին դանակահարել էր սպանվածի հարազատը։ MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Վանաձորի դատարանում մեղադրյալի աթոռին նստած 22–ամյա Էրիկ Դ․-ին դանակահարել էր սպանվածի խորթ եղբայրը վենդետայի համար։ Ի սկզբանե, ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածվեց, որ դանակահարողը սպանվածի մայրն է, սակայն, մեր աղբյուրները մեզ տեղեկացրեցին, որ խորթ եղբայրն է դանակահարել, սակայն, թե ինչպես է դանակով ներս մտել՝ պարզ չէ։
«Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկներին հաջողվել է փրկել դանակահարված 22-ամյա Էրիկ Դ.-ի կյանքը։
Իսկ ի՞նչ էր եղել․ դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ չորս հոգի, նախնական տեղեկություններով, սպանել էին 21–ամյա Հայկ Մաղաքյանին։
MediaHub-ին Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնեցին, որ դատարանում դանակահարողը կալանավորվել է։ «Սպանության փորձի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում անձը կալանավորվել է»,- նշեցին ՔԿ-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024 թ․ հուլիսի 17-ին ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժին էր դիմել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 75-ամյա Ֆ․ Գ․-ն և հայտնել, որ հուլիսի 9-ին, ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում իր թոռնիկը՝ 21-ամյա Հայկ Մ․-ն, դուրս էր եկել տնից՝ Դիլիջան կամ Սևան մեկնելու և ընկերների հետ հանգստանալու նպատակով, սակայն մի քանի օր ինքը իր թոռնիկից ոչ մի տեղեկություն չուներ, ինչպես նաև նրա գտնվելու վայրը իրեն հայտնի չէր։ Նույն օրը ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները գործի էին անցել՝ սկսելով որոնողական աշխատանքներ, սակայն այն արդյունք չէր տվել։ Օրեր անց ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ։ Մինչ որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում էին, քննիչներին հաջողվում է տեղեկանալ, որ տեղի է ունեցել սպանություն ու օրերի ընթացքում պարզում են՝ որտեղ է ենթադրյալ վայրը, որտեղ սպանությունը կատարելուց հետո թաքցրել են մահացածի մարմինը, ապա հայտնաբերում են մոխրացած ամբողջովին քայքայված դի։
Նշված զարհուրելի սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ 19-ամյա Գ․ Ն․-ին, 31-ամյա Գ․ Ն․-ին, 18-ամյա Յու․ Մ․-ին և 21-ամյա Է․ Դ․-ին։ Պարզվել է, որ նշված անձինք հուլիսի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը սպանել են Հայկ Մ․-ին և հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով դին հրկիզել են, ապա ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել են Ստեփանավանից մոտ 1,5-2 կմ հեռավորության վրա ու թաքցրել հողի և քարերի տակ։ Կասկածյալները ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնից ներկայացվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ էլ բոլորի նկատմամբ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 155 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որոնց կալանավորելու համար քննչական մարմինը դիմել է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան։
