«Ինչու Հայաստանը չի կարող հրաժարվել էժան ռուսական գազից»

Գաղտնիք չէ՝ Հայաստանը ռուսական գազը ստանում է բացառիկ ցածր գներով, որոնք հասանելի չեն համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկայում։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը զբաղեցնում է երկրորդ տեղը՝ ռուսական գազի մատակարարումների մատչելիության առումով՝ Բելառուսից հետո։ 
 
Ընդ որում, ըստ փորձագիտական գնահատականների՝ Հայաստանը չի գտնում գազամատակարարման այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ, որոնք կարող են առաջարկել ռուսական գազից ավելի ցածր գին։ 
 
Ռուսաստանի գազի ներկայիս գինը Հայաստանի սահմանին կազմում է 165 դոլար՝ հազար խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց․ նման գին այսօր չի հանդիպում համաշխարհային շուկայում։ Համեմատության համար՝ 2025 թ. նոյեմբերին եվրոպական գազային հաբերում գինը մոտ 400 դոլար է հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար։
 
Հայաստանի համար ռուսական գազի արժեքը մոտավորապես 2,4 անգամ ցածր է եվրոպական հաբերի ընթացիկ շուկայական գներից։ 
 
Էներգետիկ եւ անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Արմեն Մանվելյանը Euromedia24-ի հետ զրույցում նշում է՝ այլընտրանքային մատակարարները օբյեկտիվորեն չեն կարող Հայաստանին առաջարկել ավելի շահառու պայմաններ՝ գնի առումով։ 
 
«Մենք գազ ենք ստանում նաեւ Իրանից, բայց խնդիրը գազի մատակարարման գնի մեջ է: Էժան գազ հիմա աշխարհում չկա, օրինակ իշխանությունների սիրելի Ադրբեջանը գազ վաճառում է 270-280 դոլարով, իսկ մենք գնում ենք այդ գազը Ռուսաստանից 165 դոլարով, հետեւաբար, երբ ասում ենք՝ ռուսական գազն այլընտրանք չունի, նկատի ունենք՝ գնի առումով: Գազի հիմնական մատակարարը Ռուսաստանն է, քանի որ ամենաէժանն է »,- ասաց Մանվելյանը:
 
Քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալյանն էլ իր հերթին նշում է ՝ եթե Հայաստանը հրաժարվի ռուսական գազից, ապա կախման մեջ է լինելու ադրբեջանական գազից, իսկ Ադրբեջանն էլ իր հերթին ցանկացած պահի կարող է կտրել գազը
«Հայաստանը եթե փակի Ռուսաստանից գազի ներկրման հնարավորությունը, վերցնի «Գազպրոմ»-ը, ապա Ռուսաստանը սահմանին գազի գինը կթանկացնի, սա կբերի ՀՀ-ում գազի գնի մի քանի անգամյա ավելացման:
 
Խոսք է գնում, որ Հայաստանը կարող է գազի ներկրման փորձ իրականացնել Ադրբեջանից, բայց սա էլ վտանգավոր է, դու կախման մեջ ես լինում ադրբեջանական գազից:
 
Ադրբեջանն էլ իր շահերից չբխող քայլի դեպքում՝ կդադարեցնի մատկերարումը»,-ասում է Բադալյանը:
 
 
 Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքը ռուսական գազը դարձնում է երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության համար օպտիմալ և առավել շահավետ լուծում։
Այսպիսով՝ Հայաստանի համար գործող գինը միջազգային շուկաների համեմատ էականորեն ցածր է, ինչի պատճառով էլ հաճախ նշվում է, որ Հայաստանը օգտվում է «բացառիկ» պայմաններից։
