Իրանի բարձրաստիճան գեներալ Ահմադ Ռեզա Փուրդաստանը հայտարարել է, որ չնայած Իրանի զինված ուժերը հունիսյան ագրեսիայի առաջին 12 ժամում անակնկալի են եկել, սակայն 12 օր շարունակ ուժգին դիմագրավել են հարձակումը՝ ստիպելով հակառակորդին հանձնվել։
Mehr գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում Իսլամական Հանրապետության բանակի ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, գեներալ Փուրդաստանը նշել է, որ Իսրայելի կողմից իրականացված առաջին օրվա գործողությունը «մոլեգին հարձակում էր, որը շոկային ազդեցություն է ունենում և շփոթեցնում»։
Ըստ նրա, ամենակարևորն այն է, թե որքան է տևում այդ շոկն ու շփոթմունքը։ «Մեր զինված ուժերը վերականգնվեցին կես օրից էլ պակաս ժամանակում», — ասել է նա։
Գեներալն ընդգծել է, որ Իսլամական հեղափոխության առաջնորդը, որը ղեկավարում է բոլոր զինված ուժերը, առանց հապաղելու փոխարինել է զոհված հրամանատարներին՝ արագ վերակազմակերպելով բանակը։
«Եթե հրամանատարների փոխարինումը երկարաձգվեր, ապա հարձակման վերադառնալը շատ ավելի դժվար կլիներ», — նշել է Փուրդաստանը։ Նա հավելել է, որ «սիոնիստական ռեժիմի» ագրեսիայի ժամանակ անհրաժեշտ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են, սակայն հակառակորդի կիրառած ուժը գերազանցել է Իրանի կանխատեսումները։
Փուրդաստանը 12-օրյա պատերազմը որակել է որպես «բեղմնավոր փորձ»՝ նշելով, որ Իսրայելի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությամբ ցուցաբերած ռազմական ներուժն ավելի քան 40 տարվա բաց և գաղտնի ներդրումների արդյունքն էր՝ ուղղված իսլամական ռեժիմի տապալմանը։
