Փաշինյանի «սքանը» և ճշմարտությունը ԼՂ խնդրի մասին։ Այս մասին գրել է քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը:

«Թեկուզ Սերժ Սարգսյանի երկարատև հարցազրույցը այլ հետևանքներ չունենա, այն արդեն տվել է մի կարևոր արդյունք․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստիպված եղավ արձագանքել՝ բացելով այն թեման, որից ամենից շատն է խուսափում՝ ԼՂ հարցի իրական բանակցային պատմությունը։

Նա, արձագանքելով Սերժ Սարգսյանին, գրել է․

«Հեչ չնեղվես․ բանակցային պատմության առանցքային թղթերը (ներառյալ 2019) դասավորել եմ, հիմա սքան ենք անում ու մինչև տարվա վերջ հրապարակելու եմ՝ արանքներում դնելով նաև մի քանի հրապարակային թղթեր։ Նաեւ քո գրած մի նամակ եմ մեջը դնելու, որ չմտածես՝ առ եմ համարում։ Որ զարթնես, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին ու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին էլ խաբար արա»։

Եթե հրապարակվեն կարգավորման ամբողջական փաստաթղթերը, ակնհայտ կդառնա, որ Արցախի կործանման հիմնական պատասխանատվությունը հենց Փաշինյանի վրա է։

Նա էր, ով հրաժարվեց Հայաստանի համար առավել նպաստավոր բանակցային հիմքերից և միակողմանի զիջումների քաղաքականությամբ քանդեց տարիներով ձևավորված դիվանագիտական դիրքերը։

Փաշինյանի արձագանքը փաստերի պարզաբանում չէր․ այն հեգնական ինքնապաշտպանություն էր, փորձ՝ մանիպուլյացիայով մթագնելու իրականությունը։

Այդուհանդերձ, երկու հարց մնում է առանց պատասխանի․

ինչո՞ւ է այդքան դանդաղ աշխատում Փաշինյանի «սքան անող սարքը»,

ինչպե՞ս է Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում խուսափել քաղաքական ինքնասպանությունից՝ այդ փաստաթղթերը հրապարակելուց հետո։

Եթե երբևէ հրապարակվեն ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման փաստաթղթերը՝ առանց խեղաթյուրումների և խմբագրման, այդ օրը կդառնա ոչ թե ընդդիմախոսների հաղթանակի, այլ հենց Փաշինյանի քաղաքական դատավճռի օրը»։
