Պլեխանովի անվան Ռուսական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կրթության վաստակավոր գործիչ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Թամարա Ռազմիկի Վարդանյանը եղել է միջհամալսարանական բանավեճի առաջնության ժյուրիի անդամ, որը տեղի է ունեցել Երևանի Ռուսական տանը:
Չորրորդ փուլում հանդիպեցին Ռուս-հայկական համալսարանի և Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղի թիմերը: Քննարկման թեման էր՝ «Վերածնունդ Հայաստան (1828–1918). Ռուսական կայսրության արվարձաննե՞ր, թե՞ հայ-ռուսական քաղաքակրթության միավորման կենտրոն»: Արդյունքում՝ գրեթե հավասար միավորներ և բուռն, տեղեկատվական քննարկում, որը ցույց տվեց մասնակիցների բարձր պատրաստվածությունը:
Բանավեճը գնահատեցին նաև Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատան քարտուղար Դմիտրի Կրասնովը և Հայաստանում «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդայի» լրագրող և խմբագիր Զառա Բաբուխանյանը:
Հանդիպումից հետո Թամարա Վարդանյանը նշեց նման նախաձեռնությունների կարևորությունը, որտեղ երիտասարդները սովորում են ոչ միայն բանականացված բանավեճեր վարել, այլև քննարկել ժամանակակից դիսկուրսն ու միտումները հասկանալու համար կարևոր պատմական թեմաներ։
