Ժամանակակից կյանքի արագ ռիթմը հաճախ ստիպում է մարդկանց ընտրել արագ և ոչ միշտ առողջ սնունդ՝ ֆաստ ֆուդ, քաղցրավենիք, գազավորված ըմպելիքներ։ Սակայն նույնիսկ եթե խուսափել ամբողջովին չես կարող, կան մի քանի պարզ հնարքներ, որոնք կօգնեն նվազեցնել դրանց վնասը օրգանիզմիդ վրա։

1. Նախքան անառողջ սնունդ ընդունելը՝ խմիր ջուր
Մաքուր ջուրը ոչ միայն օգնում է մարսողությանը, այլև նվազեցնում է ախորժակը, ինչի շնորհիվ կուտես ավելի քիչ։ Բացի այդ, ջուրը օգնում է օրգանիզմին ավելի արագ դուրս բերել վնասակար նյութերը։

2. Միացրու առողջ բաղադրիչներ
Եթե, օրինակ, պատվիրում ես բուրգեր, փորձիր այն ուտել առանց մայոնեզի կամ ավելացրու թարմ բանջարեղեն։ Նույնը վերաբերում է պիցցային՝ ընտրիր բանջարեղենային տարբերակներ և խուսափիր վերամշակված մսից։

3. Մի նստիր անմիջապես ուտելուց հետո
Քայլիր գոնե 10–15 րոպե․ դա կօգնի մարսողությանը և կնվազեցնի ծանրության զգացողությունը։

4. Օրվա ընթացքում օգտագործիր շատ մրգեր և բանջարեղեն
Անառողջ սննդի ազդեցությունը կարելի է մեղմել հակաօքսիդանտներով հարուստ մթերքներով՝ խնձոր, կիվի, բրոկոլի, սպանախ, գազար։ Դրանք մաքրում են օրգանիզմը և պահպանում էներգիայի մակարդակը։

5. Մի դարձրու դա սովորություն
Ֆաստ ֆուդը կարող է լինել մեկանգամյա տարբերակ, բայց ոչ՝ ամենօրյա ընտրություն։ Քանի ավելի քիչ հաճախ ես այն օգտագործում, այնքան քիչ վնաս է հասցնում առողջությանը։

Առողջ սնվելը միշտ չէ, որ նշանակում է խիստ սահմանափակումներ․ պարզապես պետք է սովորել հավասարակշռել և գիտակցել, թե ինչ է ընդունում մարմինդ։
