Ինչո՞ւ են թանկացել մանկապարտեզների վարձավճարները. այն դարձել է 7000 դրամ

«Չորորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ Էջմիածին քաղաքի ավագանին քաղաքապետ։ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ որոշում է ընդունել 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից թանկացնել մանկապարտեզների վարձավճարները, այսուհետ ծնողները ստիպված են լինելու 6000 դրամի փոխարեն վճարել 7000 դրամ:
Փորձեցինք լուրի իսկությունը ճշտել Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանի լրտվության բաժնի պետ Վարդան Վանդանյանից: Ի պատասխան «ՉԻ» հարցադրմանը, Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց. «Նախ 1000 դրամով չի ավելացել, այլ եղել է ընդամենը 500 դրամի թանկացում: Երկրորդ՝ քաղաքապետարանը ամեն ինչ անում է մանկապարտեզների համար, վճարում է թե ջեռուցման գումարները, թե աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը, ինչպես նաեւ մշտապես բարեկարգում է դրանք:
Մեր բյուջեն տեղական հարկերից է գոյանում եւ այդ բյուջեն չի ավելացել: Իսկ քանի որ բարձրացել են կոմունալ վարձավճարները՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի եւ գազի սակագները, իսկ դրա հետ կապված սննդամթերքի գները, հենց այդ հանգամանքով էլ պայմանավորված են վարձավճարների թանկացումները: Իսկ մեկ երեխայի համար քաղաքապետարանը վճարում է 30 հազար դրամից ավելի»:
Երբ հիշեցրինք, որ արդեն երկար տարիներ Երեւանի մանկապարտեզները գործում են անվճար հիմունքներով, Վարդան Վարդանյանը նկատեց. «Չի կարելի Երեւանի բյուջեն համեմատել Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանի բյուջեի հետ»:
