«ՀՀ կառավարությունն առանց ՀՀ ժողովրդի դիրքորոշումն իմանալու չի կարող Արծվաշենը փոխանակել որևէ բանի հետ․ ոչ միայն Արծվաշենը, այլև ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի որևէ մաս»,- լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Լրագրողների հարցին՝ անկլավների հարցով բանակցային օրակարգում նորությո՞ւն կա, որ սկսել է խոսել Արծվաշենը վերադարձնելու մասին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է․
«ՀՀ որևէ վարչապետ չի կարող հրաժարվել ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու օրակարգից։ Դա պիտի լինի սահմանազատման գործընթացի ճանապարհով։ Ուժային որևէ սցենար բացառում ենք»։
«Երբ դա վերականգնվի, այդ ժամանակ արդեն մնացած բոլոր կոմբինացիաները և վարիացիաները կքննարկվեն։ Քննարկվում է, որ Արծվաշենի դեպքում ավելի լավ է այլ սցենարների գնալ։ Վստահեցնում եմ՝ որևէ մեկը չի կարող այլ սցենարի գնալ առանց ՀՀ ժողովրդի կամքի արտահայտման։ Եթե խոսք գնա տարածքի փոխանակման մասին, հստակ է, որ առանց ՀՀ քաղաքացիների դիրքորոշման դա հնարավոր չէ անել»,սահամանափակել է Փաշինյանը:
