Դրվում է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի «վերջի» առաջին քարը

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Այսօր երեկոյան՝ սովորականից մեկ օր շուտ, տեղի է ունենալու ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստը, որտեղ, ըստ ամենայնի, կհայտարարվի ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ համագործակցության ձեւն ու ձեւաչափը։ ՀՀԿ-ի եւ ՀՅԴ-ի միջեւ տեղի ունեցողը 2014 թվականի ապրիլին իրականացված ներիշխանական յուրօրինակ թավշյա հեղաշրջման արդյունքների վերանայում է: 2014-ի ապրիլին ոչ իշխանական բեւեռը՝ ԲՀԿ այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ եւ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խնամիությամբ, վճռական գրոհ ձեռնարկեց կառավարության ուղղությամբ՝ հայտարարելով շուրջօրյա հանրահավաքների որոշման մասին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը իրավիճակը հանգուցալուծեց կառավարության պաշտոնանկությամբ, ազատեց Տիգրան Սարգսյանին, իսկ մի քանի օր հետո վարչապետ նշանակեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին:
Ընդ որում՝ այստեղ առանձնահատուկն այն հայտարարությունն էր, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը արեց ՀՀԿ գործկոմին Աբրահամյանի թեկնածությունը ներկայացնելիս՝ ասելով, որ նրան է տալիս կառավարության ձեւավորման կադրային քաղաքականության լիակատար ազատություն: Եվ կառավարության նոր կազմն էլ այդ ժամանակ վկայեց, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդ կազմում ավելի շատ, թերեւս, եղել է դիտորդի կարգավիճակում:
Բանն այն է, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության կազմը հիշեցնում էր մինչեւ 2007-08 թվականների կառավարությունը, որտեղ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը փոխվարչապետ էր, իսկ նախագահն էլ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն էր: Դրանից հետո ոչիշխանական բեւեռն արդեն անցավ նախագահական թիրախավորման՝ հայտարարելով թեժ աշնան մասին, համաժողովրդական շտաբների ստեղծման մասին: Դրանից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանն անցավ հակագրոհի՝ այլեւս չունենալով նահանջի տեղ: Դրա արդյունքում տեղի ունեցավ փետրվարյան «հակահեղափոխությունը» եւ հաշտությունը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի տանը, բայց արդեն Սերժ Սարգսյանի պայմաններով:
Եթե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտնվեց քաղաքականությունից դուրս, ապա Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մնալով քաղաքականության մեջ՝ հայտնվեց «կադրային քաղաքականության ազատությունից» դուրս:
Այսօր Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ձախողած կառավարության որոշ անդամների փոփոխության շուրջ քննարկումների փաստը այդ գործընթացի վերջնական փուլն է, որտեղ կառավարության կազմի քննարկումները իրականացվում են, մեծ հաշվով, առանց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի, կամ նա մասնակցում է ընդամենը որպես սուբյեկտներից մեկը, սակայն ոչ վճռորոշը կամ որոշողը: Ընդ որում՝ Աբրահամյանի ամենամեծ խնդիրը ըստ էության այն է, որ ներկայումս տեղի ունեցողը մեկ տարի առաջ նրա իսկ տանը համաձայնեցվածի եւ գծագրվածի շրջանակում է, այսինքն՝ այն գինն է, որ նա թերեւս վճարել է խնամի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին առավել բարդ հետեւանքներից զերծ պահելու համար: Եվ այդ հանգամանքը այսօր անկասկած խիստ սահմանափակում է առկա գործընթացում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի լիարժեք սուբյեկտության, այսինքն՝ բաց խաղի միջոցով սեփական շահերն ու հետաքրքրությունները պաշտպանելու հնարավորությունները: Դրան գումարվում է, ինչպես վերեւում նշեցինք, այն սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծանր վիճակը, որը եւս շոշափելիորեն կաշկանդում է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին»:
