Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ Կիևը պաշտոնապես դադարեցրել է Մոսկվայի հետ խաղաղության բանակցությունները, գրում է ТАСС-ը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիայում Ռուսաստանի գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Ալեքսեյ Իվանովը այսօր հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է ցանկացած պահի Ստամբուլում Ուկրաինայի հետ բանակցությունների, սակայն Կիևը չի արձագանքել նախկին առաջարկներին։

«Ռուսական կողմը բազմիցս ընդգծել է, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք շարունակել ուղիղ բանակցություններն ուկրաինական կողմի հետ։ Եվ մեր թուրք գործընկերները նույնպես մշտապես ընդգծում են, որ Ստամբուլի հարթակը մեր տրամադրության տակ է. այդ դռները մեզ համար բաց են մնում», - ասել է նա Անկարայի ինստիտուտի հետ համատեղ Ստամբուլում կազմակերպված «Վալդայ» միջազգային քննարկման ակումբի 16-րդ ասիական համաժողովի շրջանակներում։

Իվանովն ընդգծել է, որ եթե Կիևը քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերի, իրենք պատրաստ են նման բանակցությունների ցանկացած պահի։

Նա նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմը բանակցությունների նախորդ փուլերի ընթացքում ներկայացրել է մի շարք առաջարկներ։

«Հնչել են մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, այդ թվում՝ երեք առցանց աշխատանքային խումբ։ Ցավոք, մենք դեռևս դրական արձագանք չենք ստացել այդ նախաձեռնություններին ուկրաինական կողմից», - հավելել է Իվանովը։
