Աբովյանում 24-ամյա տղային սպանած անձը 14 տարի առաջ էլի մարդ է սպանել

Աբովյան քաղաքում 24-ամյա Սարգիս Զեյնալյանի սպանության դեպքի առիթով ենթադրյալ մարդասպանը 14 տարի առաջ էլի մարդ է սպանել։
Նախ՝ ամենասկզբից
Նոյեմբերի 10-ին Աբովյան քաղաքում 2 անձ հարձակվել էին 24-ամյա Սարգիս Զեյնալյանի վրա, դանակի հարվածներ հասցրել, ինչի հետեւանքով նա մահացել էր։ Դանակահարությունը տեղի էր ունեցել Աբովյանի կենտրոնական հատվածում՝ Հանրապետության – Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցների խաչմերուկում՝ կանգառասրահի մոտ։
Դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 2 անձի նկատմամբ՝ սպանության հատկանիշներով։ Նրանց նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան։ Սակայն սպանություն կատարող անձիք, որոնք եղբայրներ են, դեռ չեն հայտնաբերվել, նրանց իրավապահները փնտրում են ու փնտրում։
Ճակատրագրական Գինու փառատոնը
Սպանված երիտասարդի հարազաներից մեկը՝ Գ.Զեյնալյանը, հրապարակային անդրադառնալով նրա սպանությանը, ասել էր. «Ամիսներ առաջ՝ Գինու փառատոնի օրը, Սարգիսը կանգնել էր իր հավատքի ու քրիստոնեական արժեհամակարգի կողքին։ Երբ ամբոխի մեջ մի քանի անձինք բացահայտորեն հայհոյել էին հավատացյալներին, Սարգիսը չէր լռել։ Այդ պահից նա դառնում է նրանց քենի թիրախը։ Նրանք ամիսներ շարունակ պահեցին այդ ատելությունը, սպասեցին հարմար պահին։ Եվ նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ Հանրապետության փողոցում, նրան խփեցին մեջքից… որովհետև դեմից չէին համարձակվի։ Սարգիսին կարող էին միայն մեջքից խփել։ Նրա կյանքը խլեցին նրանք, ովքեր վախենում էին անգամ աչքերին նայել»։
Դատելով հարազատի հրապարակային գրառումից՝ ամիսներ առաջ 24-ամյա Սարգիսի ու ենթադրյալ մարդասպան Աշոտ Սոխրաբյանցի միջեւ Գինու փառատոնին վեճ է եղել ու միջադեպը այնքան է խորացել, որ ավարտը եղավ ճակատագրական։ Ենթադրյալ մարդասպանը 14 տարի առաջ էլի մարդ է սպանել։
ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Աշոտ Սոխրաբյանցին 2011 թվականին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ, կնոջը կասկածելով ամուսնական անհավատարմության մեջ, նրան ասել է, թե աշխատանքի բերումով մեկնում է Գորիս քաղաք և տանը չի գիշերելու և 07-10-2011թ. ժամը 23-30-ի սահմաններում գնալով տուն, բնակարանում հանդիպել է իր կնոջը և Արթուր Դովլաթյանին, նրանց ուղղությամբ կրակել է ատրճանակով, ապա ծալովի դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա.Դովլաթյանին և սպանել նրան։
Այս արարքի համար նա ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել 11 տարով։ Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումները բողոքարկվել էին ինչպես Վերաքննիչ, այնպես էլ Վճռաբեկ դատարան անփոփոփոխ էին թողել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։
Եվ ահա 11 տարի անց նա մի քանի տարի առաջ հայտնվեց ազատության մեջ ու խլեց 24 տարեկան տղայի կյանքը։
