Այսօր առավոտյան Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի և Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանի տներում իրականացված խուզարկությունները, նրանց ձերբակալությունը, ինչպես նաև Antifake-ի գրասենյակում ընթացող գործողությունները, իրավական գործընթացից ավելի շատ հիշեցնում են իշխանության կողմից կազմակերպված քաղաքական ակցիա։ Այս մասին գրել է քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը:

«Դիմակավորված ուժայիններ, շուտափույթ իրականացված գործողություններ, և՝ ամենակարևորը, ամբողջ գործընթացի ցուցադրական բնույթ․ սա ակնառու ճնշում է ոչ միայն երկու լրագրողների, այլև ամբողջ ընդդիմադիր հանրության նկատմամբ։

Պատմությունը, սակայն, սկսվել է շատ պարզ մի փաստից։

ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը առաջինը հրապարակային կերպով դիմել է բացարձակ անպատշաճ և խուլիգանական բառապաշարի՝ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանին ու Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանին անվանելով «շան լակոտ»։

Նրանց պատասխանն, ինչպիսին էլ եղել է, տրամաբանական էր նույն տոնով։

Սակայն այսօր մենք ականատես ենք մեկ վտանգավոր իրողության․

● իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը շարունակում է վայելել լիակատար անպատժելիություն,

● իսկ նրան պատասխանողները ենթարկվում են ցուցադրական քրեական հետապնդման։

Սա ընտրովի արդարադատության դասական օրինակ է, երբ օրենքը չի ծառայում հավասարության սկզբունքին, այլ վերածվում է իշխանության քաղաքական կամքը սպասարկող գործիքի։

Չափազանց դժվար է չկապել այս գործողությունները Antifake-ի և «Իմնեմնիմի» լրագրողական թիմերի՝ վերջին տարիներին ձևավորված ազդեցիկ քննադատական գործունեության հետ։

Նրանց քննադատական ու անհարմար հնչող ձայնը իշխանությունը փորձում է լռեցնել ոչ թե հանրային բանավեճում, այլ ուժային մեթոդներով՝ ընտրություններից առաջ վերահսկելով տեղեկատվական դաշտը և կանխելով ոչ ցանկալի քննադատությունը։

Իշխանությունը փորձում է վախի, ճնշման և իրավապահների ցուցադրական ներգրավման միջոցով սահմանափակել ընդդիմադիր մեդիան և հասարակության քննադատական միտքը։

Հատկապես ցինիկ է, որ մարդը, ով թքել է քաղաքացու վրա և մնացել անպատիժ, այսօր ուրիշների է մեղադրում խուլիգանության մեջ»,- գրել է նա:
