Դատարանը երեք ամսով երկարացրեց Բագրատ Սրբազանի կալանքի ժամկետը

Բագրատ Սրբազանը կշարունակի մնալ կալանավորված։ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանի նախագահությամբ, որոշեց երեք ամիս ժամկետով երկարացնել Բագրատ Սրբազանի կալանքի ժամկետը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ հունիսի 20-ին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնել էր հանդիպման Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ, ոստիկանության ներքին զորքերը գրավել էին մայրաքաղաքը, և մոտ 80 քաղաքացի բերման էր ենթարկվել։ ՔԿ-ն հայտարարել էր, որ նրանք չեն ներկայացվել նախաքննական մարմին, և որևէ վարույթ այդ պահին չէր քննվում։ Հունիսի 24-ին իշխանամերձ լրատվամիջոցներով տարածվեց «հեղաշրջման պլանի» մասին նյութ, որի տարածմանը անմիջականորեն մասնակցեցին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը։
Դրանից հետո ՔԿ-ն հայտարարեց, որ այն դառնում է քննության առարկա, և հունիսի 25-ին առավոտյան սկսվեցին ընդդիմադիրների տների խուզարկությունները՝ հաջորդած ձերբակալություններով և կալանավորումներով։
Իշխանությունների հորինած գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 18 անձի՝ ահաբեկչության և իշխանության յուրացման նախապատրաստման հոդվածներով։ Այսպես կոչված «ռեպրեսիաների» գործով կալանավորվել է 18 անձ, այդ թվում՝ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը, ՀՅԴ ԳՄ անդամ Իգոր Սարգսյանը, Տավուշի թեմի մամուլի քարտուղար, Սրբազան պայքարի մասնակից Լիդիա Մանթաշյանը, Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանը, գնդապետ Միհրան Մախսուդյանը, սրբազանի օգնական Մովսես Շարբաթյանը, զոհված զինծառայողի հայր Արա Ռոստոմյանը, Աղվան Արշակյանը, բլոգեր Արմեն Ալեքսանյանը, Կարո Օկոմուշյանը, Տիգրան Թոփալյանը, գործարար Տիգրան Գալստյանը, Հրայր սարկավագ Հակոբյանը, ակտիվիստ Արսեն Ղազարյանը։ Ավելի ուշ նույն գործով կալանավորվեց նաև Արթուր Սարգսյանը։ Հետագայում Հրայր սարկավագի, Աղվան Արշակյանի, Տիգրան Գալստյանի, Դավիթ Գալստյանի խափանման միջոցները փոխվել են։
