Գյումրեցի կնոջը սպանած 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողը դատապարտվեց 7 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման

Oragir.News-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ` Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը դատավոր Արտյոմ Ավետիսյանի նախագահությամբ այսօր հրապարակել է դեռ 7 տարի առաջ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Գյումրիի «Սլաբոդկա» թաղամասում 57-ամյա Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանին սպանած 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ռուս զինծառայող Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևի դատավճիռը։
Գյումրեցի կնոջը սպանած 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողը դատապարտվեց 7 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման։
Նշենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի` 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևը 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին` ժամը 07:00-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, հետապնդել է Գյումրի քաղաքի Մայակովսկի փողոցից դեպի Շահումյան փողոց քայլող Ջուլիետտա Ստյոպայի Ղուկասյանին։
Վերջինս, խուսափելով Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևից, փոխել է ուղղությունը և քայլել նույն փողոցի 28-րդ և 30-րդ հասցեներում գտնվող սեփական տների ուղղությամբ։ Սակայն Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևը, հասնելով նրա հետևից, դիտավորությամբ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել գլխին և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ և անզգուշությամբ առաջացնելով Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի մահը:
Կինը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն», որտեղ էլ նույն օրը` ժամը 11:30-ին, մահացել է:
Նշենք, որ տարիներ շարունակ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով գործի քննությունը հետաձգվում էր։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստի ժամանակ մեղադրող դատախազը 8 տարվա ազատազրկում էր պահանջել ռուս զինծառայող Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևի համար։
