Պեսկովը նաև համաձայն չէ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի այն պնդման հետ, որ Ռուսաստանը իրականում խաղաղություն չի ցանկանում։ Նա ասել է, որ Մոսկվան բաց է քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ​​կարգավորման համար։
