Այդպիսի զբոսաշրջային արգելավայր է Կանո Կրիստալես գետը: Այն գտնվում է Կոլումբիայի Մակարենա արգելավայրում: Այս գետը համարվում է աշխարհի ամենապատրանքածին գետը:

Այն այնքան մռայլ է, որքան գեղեցիկ: Չոր եղանակին գետը ցամաքում է և միայն հունն է տեսանելի լինում: Խոնավ եղանակին այն վարարում է և անհնար է դառնում գետն անցնելը: Այնուամենայնիվ, եթե խոնավ եղանակին այցելեք այն, հեքիաթային տեսարանի ականատես կլինեք:

Հնագիտական վայրերում առկա են պատկերագրեր ու ժայռապատկերներ, որոնք թվագրվում են նախակոլումբական ժամանակներին: Գետն արգելավայրի հիմնական հրաշալիքնէ: Խոնավ եղանակին այն գույների շղթա է ներկայացոնւմ՝ մուգ կարմիրից, դեղինից ու մանուշակագույնից մինչև կապույտ, սև և կանաչ երանգներ:

Գույները տեսանելի են չոր եղանակին գետի մեջ աճող մամուռների ու ջրիմուռների միջոցով: Խոնավ եղանակին այնքան խոնավություն են ստանում, որ բավարար է լինում գույների շարք ստեղծելու համար: Սակայն խոնավ եղանակի ավելի ուշ շրջանում հնարավոր չի լինում շատ գույներ տեսնել, քանի որ գետը թույլ չի տալիս ջրիմուռներին բավարար արևի լույս ստանալ:
