Օրեր առաջ հայտարարվեց, որ Բաքվում ընթացող շինծու դատավարությունը մոտենում է ավարտին։ Դատախազը պահանջել է՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, Լևոն Մնացականյանին, Դավիթ Մանուկյանին, Դավիթ Իշխանյանին և Դավիթ Բաբայանին ցմահ ազատազրկում, իսկ Արկադի Ղուկասյանին, Բակո Սահակյանին, Մադաթ Բաբայանին և Մելիքսեթ Փաշայանին 20 տարի ազատազրկում։ Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանին 19 տարի, Դավիթ Ալավերդյանին 18 տարի, Լևոն Բալայանին 17 տարի, Վասիլի Բեգլարյանին 16 տարի, Գուրգեն Ստեփանյանին 16 տարի, Էրիկ Ղազարյանին 16 տարի։
MediaHub-ը այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել է ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերիների շահերի պաշտպան, փաստաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի հետ։ Սահակյանը հայտնեց, որ դատավարությունները դեռևս չեն ավարտվել, դրանք ընդամենը եզրափակիչ փուլում են։ Այս փուլում մեղադրական կողմը՝ դատախազները, ներկայացնում են իրենց ճառերը և պատժի վերաբերյալ առաջարկը, որին պետք է հաջորդեն պաշտպանական ճառը և վերջին խոսքը։ «Պետք է հետևենք և տեսնենք, թե հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակի պաշտպանները, որոնք այս ողջ գործընթացում գրպանային պաշտպանություն են ապահովել, ինչ դիրքորոշմամբ հանդես կգան»,-ասաց Սահակյանը։
Սահակյանը վստահ է՝ մեղադրող կողմի առաջարկած պատժաչափը հաստատվելու են դատարանների կողմից։
«Ի սկզբանե կանխատեսելի էր քաղաքական պատվերի հիման վրա ընդունվելու են մեղադրական դատավճիռներ։ Նշեմ նաև, որևէ տարբերակում չկա նախկին ղեկավարներից` Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և Բակո Սահակյանի նկատմամբ, ի սկզբանե Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը բոլոր ղեկավարներին ազատազրկելն է»,- հավելեց Սահակյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ձևական առումով կա բողոքարկման հնարավորություն, նախկինից մեզ հայտնի են դեպքեր, երբ հանրային պաշտպաները բողոքարկել են, բայց ապարդյուն։
