Հայաստանը 74 կետ պետք է կատարի, որ վիզաները ազատականացվեն

Վիզաների ազատականացման ճանապարհին առաջին քայլն արված է․ Հայաստանը ստացել է գործողությունների ծրագիրը, գրում է Նիդերլանդական Օրագիրը։
«Եվրոպական միության հետ վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացում Հայաստանը կարևոր փուլ է հաղթահարել․ Բրյուսելը Երևանին է փոխանցել գործողությունների ծրագիրը, որը բաղկացած է 74 կետից։ Դրանք հաջողությամբ իրականացնելու դեպքում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կունենան առանց վիզայի մուտք գործել Շենգենյան գոտու երկրներ։
Ծրագիրը ներառում է ինստիտուցիոնալ և տեխնիկական բարեփոխումների լայն շրջանակ, որոնք ուղղված են անվտանգ ու վերահսկելի միգրացիոն միջավայր ապահովելուն։ Առանձնանշվում են մի քանի առանցքային ոլորտներ.
1. Սահմանների և միգրացիայի արդյունավետ կառավարում
Ծրագիրը նախատեսում է սահմանային հսկողության համակարգերի կատարելագործում, միգրացիոն հոսքերի վերահսկման մեխանիզմների ուժեղացում և եվրոպական գործընկերների հետ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման կատարելագործում։
2. Անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերի անվտանգություն
Հայաստանը պետք է ներդնի փաստաթղթերի կեղծումը բացառող անվտանգության վեցաստիճան համակարգ․
Բոլոր անձնագրերն ու անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերը կդառնան լիարժեք բիոմետրիկ։
Այս փոփոխությունները նպաստելու են փաստաթղթերի միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխանեցնելուն, ինչը վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացում առանցքային է։
Ժամկետները դեռ չեն հստակեցվում
Չնայած այս առաջընթացին՝ պատասխանատու կառույցները դեռ չեն հաղորդում գործընթացի ավարտի կամ հնարավոր ժամկետների մասին։ Ասվում է միայն, որ աշխատանքները շարունակում են ինտենսիվորեն, և ծրագրի բոլոր 74 կետերի իրականացումը հնարավորինս արագ ընթացք կստանա։
Պաշտոնական մակարդակով շեշտվում է, որ Հայաստանը մտադիր է իր քաղաքացիներին ապահովել առանց վիզայի ճամփորդելու իրավունքի ընձեռմամբ, ինչը կնպաստի ինչպես մարդասիրական, այնպես էլ բիզնես ու կրթական կապերի ընդլայնմանը»,- նշված է օրագրի հրապարակման մեջ։
