Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը աշտանքային այցով գտնվում է Լոռու մարզում։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից, նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ Ուսանողների միջազգային օրվա առթիվ, ՄԻՊ-ը այցելել է Վանաձորի Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան պետական համալսարան՝ ուսանողների հետ հանդիպելու և նրանց տոնը շնորհավորելու նպատակով։

Պաշտպանն իր ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սիրելի՛ ուսանողներ, Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Ուսանողների միջազգային օրվա առթիվ։

Այս օրը հնարավորություն է ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելու կրթության հիմնարար նշանակությունը, երիտասարդների առանցքային դերակատարումը հասարակության կայուն զարգացման գործում, ինչպես նաև նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը՝ արժանապատիվ, անվտանգ և ներառական կրթական միջավայրի ապահովման համատեքստում»։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է ժամանակակից աշխարհի պայմաններում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում առկա հիմնական մարտահրավերները՝ առանձնացնելով իրավունքի քաղաքականացումն ու հասարակական բևեռացումը որպես լուրջ սպառնալիքներ համակարգի արդյունավետ գործունեությանը. «Հանդուրժողականությունն անկյունաքարային նշանակություն ունի ժողովրդավար, բռնությունից և խտրականությունից զերծ հասարակություն կառուցելու գործում։

Մինչդեռ հասարակական բևեռացումը խաթարում է իրավական և ժողովրդավարական պետության հիմքում ընկած արժեքները, ձևախեղում մարդու իրավունքների ընկալումը և վտանգում իրավունքների պաշտպանության ամբողջ համակարգի արդյունավետությունը»:Անահիտ Մանասյանը շեշտել է, որ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ համակարգ ձևավորելու հարցում նշվալ խնդիրների հաղթահարումն ունի առանցքային նշանակություն:

Քննարկման շրջանակում Պաշտպանը պատասխանել է ուսանողների հարցերին, ներկայացրել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հիմնական մեխանիզմները, նշել հանդուրժողականության, իրավահավասարության, արդարության և մարդու՝ որպես սահմանադրորեն ճանաչված բարձրագույն արժեքի երաշխավորման կարևորությունը։

Հանդիպման ավարտին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ուսանողներին հորդորել է կյանքի ընթացքում հանդիպող մարտահրավերները դիտարկել որպես զարգացման հնարավորություն, կրթության գործընթացն ընկալել ոչ թե որպես առանձին մտքեր սերտելու, այլ արժեքներ իմաստավորելու և տարածելու հնարավորություն՝ հավատարիմ մնալով մասնագիտական էթիկայի և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի սկզբունքներին։

Պաշտպանը ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արմեն Ծատուրյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց է իրականացրել նաև Համալսարանի տարածքում, ծանոթացել շենքային պայմաններին, ուսումնական գործընթացին և աշխատանքային պայմաններին:
