Հայաստանը կարևորում է Գերմանիայի աջակցությունը

Բրազիլիայում անցկացվող COP30 համաժողովի շրջանակում նախարար Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը հանդիպել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Բնապահպանության և միջուկային անվտանգության դաշնային նախարարության պետքարտուղար պարոն Յոհեն Ֆլասբարթին։
Քննարկման առանցքում երկկողմ իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքն ու համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորություններն էին։
Գերմանիայի կառավարության աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում իրականացվում են մի շարք կարևոր բնապահպանական ծրագրեր։
Մասնավորապես՝ Գերմանիայի Վերականգնման վարկերի բանկի (KfW) 26 մլն եվրոյի դրամաշնորհային աջակցությամբ իրականացվում է «Կենսաբազմազանություն և կայուն տեղական զարգացում Հայաստանում» վեցամյա ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է բարելավել հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների կառավարումը, խթանել էկոտուրիզմը, վերականգնել անտառային լանդշաֆտները և աջակցել հարակից համայնքների սոցիալ–տնտեսական զարգացմանը։
Շարունակվում է «Պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցություն-Հայաստան» (SPPA-A) ծրագիրը, որն ուղղված է Սյունիքի մարզի պահպանվող տարածքների կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը։
Հանդիպմանը անդրադարձել է կատարվել «EU4Sevan+» ծրագրին, որն ուղղված է Սևանա լճի ավազանում ջրային ռեսուրսների և կեղտաջրերի կառավարման բարելավմանը, բնության վրա հիմնված լուծումների ներդրմանը և համայնքների կարողությունների զարգացմանը։
Առանձնակի անդրադարձ է կատարվել 2026 թվականին Հայաստանում հյուրընկալվող #CoP17 համաժողովի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին։
Նախարարը նշել է, որ այս կարևոր միջոցառումը պահանջում է ինչպես պետական գերատեսչությունների միջև արդյունավետ համակարգում, այնպես էլ միջազգային գործընկերների հետ սերտ համագործակցություն և Հայաստանը կարևորում է Գերմանիայի աջակցությունն այս գործընթացում, քանի որ գերմանական փորձը կարող է զգալիորեն նպաստել օրակարգի ձևավորմանը, միջազգային բանակցությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը և բնապահպանական կոնվենցիաների միջև սիներգիաների ամրապնդմանը։
