Կոնվերս Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսեր

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է իր պարտատոմսերի՝ ՀՀ դրամով մեկ և ԱՄՆ դոլարով երկու տրանշի (սերիա) տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկը։ Տեղաբաշխումը տեղի կունենա 2025թ․ նոյեմբերի 18-ից մինչև 2026թ․ փետրվարի 18-ը՝ հետևյալ պայմաններով.
- ՀՀ դրամով պարտատոմսերը թողարկվում են ընդհանուր ծավալով 2 միլիարդ դրամ, 24 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով և տարեկան 9.75 % եկամտաբերությամբ,
- ԱՄՆ դոլարով (USD) առաջին տրանշը՝ 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, 36 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով և տարեկան 5 % եկամտաբերությամբ,
- ԱՄՆ դոլարով (USD) երկրորդ տրանշը՝ 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, 48 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով և տարեկան 5.25 % եկամտաբերությամբ։
Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել ինչպես Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում, այնպես էլ արագ և հարմար տարբերակով՝ Converse Mobile հավելվածի միջոցով։
Բանկի ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանն այս կապակցությամբ նշել է. «Մենք հանձնառու ենք ակտիվորեն մասնակցել Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացմանը և հետևողականորեն իրականացնել մեր ռազմավարությունը՝ հաճախորդներին առաջարկելով ժամանակակից և մրցունակ ներդրումային գործիքներ, այդ թվում՝ թվային հարթակներում։ Այդ շրջանակում մենք շարունակում ենք ընդլայնել տարբեր արժույթներով և մարման ավելի երկար ժամկետներով ներդրումների հնարավորությունները՝ միաժամանակ հանդես գալով ինչպես սեփական, այնպես էլ գործընկերների պարտատոմսերի թողարկումներով»։
Տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում ներգրավվող միջոցներն ուղղվելու են Բանկի ռազմավարական ուղղություններին համապատասխան՝ առաջնահերթություն տալով առկա և նոր հաճախորդներին տրամադրվող ծառայությունների թվային լուծումների զարգացմանը, միջին և փոքր բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորմանը և այլն:
