Թուրքիան կրկին խոսում է նախապայմաններով

Հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման ողջ ընթացքում գործող իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն խաբում են հասարակությանը, թե բանակություններն ընթանում են առանց նախապայմանների, իսկ Թուրքիայից էլ երբեմն-երբեմն հնչող հայտարարությունները փաստում են, որ Թուրքիան ամենևին էլ ձեռք չի քաշել իր իսկ նախապայմաններից։ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանը խորհրդարանում արձագանքել է Հայաստանի սահմանը բացելու հորդորներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ Անկարան դրան չի գնա, քանի դեռ հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության պայմանագիրը վերջնականապես չի ստորագրվել:
«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն ու Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության հարցը դուրս են մնացել վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթղթերից, երբ դրանք լուծվեն, Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջնական խաղաղություն հաստատվի, մենք էլ մեր քայլը կանենք», - հայտարարել Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը և հավելել. «Երբ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը ստորագրեն վերջնական խաղաղության համաձայնագիր, մենք պատրաստ կլինենք կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ»։
Ըստ Ֆիդանի, եթե իրենք այս պահին կարգավորեն հարաբերությունները, կվերացնեն Հայաստանի համար Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու ամենամեծ պատճառը։ «Հետևաբար, մենք կարող ենք բախվել տարածաշրջանում սառեցված հակամարտության հնարավորությանը։ Մենք դա չենք ուզում», - ասել է Ֆիդանը։ Ընդ որում, ուշագրավ է, որ Անկարայից առաջ անգամ են հնչում ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու կոչեր։ Ֆիդանին արձագանքել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը, նշել, թե Թուրքիայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումը և սահմանի բացումն իսկապես կարևոր են Հայաստանի համար: «Նույն կերպ կարևոր է նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ հաստատված խաղաղության հետագա ինստիտուցիոնալացումը: Երկու ուղղություններով էլ Հայաստանն անկեղծ ջանքեր է գործադրում»,- նշել է նա և հավելել. «Միաժամանակ, սակայն, այս երկու բաղադրիչներից որևէ մեկը մյուսով պայմանավորված չեն, և եթե անպայմանորեն փորձենք դրանց միջև պատճառահետևանքային կապ տեսնել, գուցե, պարզվի, որ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների ամբողջական կարգավորումը կարող է ոչ թե բացասաբար, այլ ճիշտ հակառակը՝ դրականորեն անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կարգավորման գործընթացի վրա»: Միրզոյանի այս անատամ արձագանքը փաստում է, որ այդ տարփողված հայ-թուրքական կարգավորումը, պարզապես, գոյություն չունի, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմն էլ երբեք չի պահանջներից չի հրաժարվելու։
