Հարգելի ընթերցող: Այսօրվանից սկսում ենք Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի սյունակը, որը նվիրված է մեկ առողջություն գաղափարին: Սյունակի միջոցով կփորձենք ներկայացնել, օրվա խնդիրները, փարատել մարդկանց վախը այս կամ այն հիվանդության կամ վտանգի վերաբերյալ և կխոսենք սնունդի ճիշտ ընտրության մասին: Մենք միշտ վախենում ենք նրանից, ինչից տեղյակ չենք:
 
Ի՞նչ անենք
 
Առաջինը, ինչի մասին կուզեմ խոսել, դրանք բժշկական դիմակներն են:
 
Հիասթափեցնեմ իմ դիմակով ման եկող ընթերցողներին: Իրականում այն դիմակները, որ սովորաբար նկատում ենք փողոցում քայլող մարդկանց դեմքերին, չեն կարող պաշտպանել H1N1 վիրուսի՝ մարդու օրգանիզմ թափանցելուց, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ H1N1 վիրուսի չափսերը տատանվում են 80-120 նմ, իսկ այդ դիմակի վրա առկա անցքերը մի քանի անգամ ավելի մեծ են, քան վիրուսի չափսերը:
 
Ասեմ ավելին, նման դիմակները խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել ոչ ավելի, քան մեկ անգամ, քանի որ օրվա ընթացքում դիմակի մակերեսին հավաքվում են միլիոնավոր մանրէներ: Պատկերացրեք, ինչ մեծ կոնցենտրացիայի վարակ կա դիմակի արտաքին մակերեսին:
 
Այդ դիմակները հանում եք, դնում եք գրպանը, ձեռքով հպվում եք արտաքին մակերեսին, որից հետո կարող եք արդեն սեփական ձեռքով վարակել ինքներդ ձեզ այլ ախտածին մանրէներով: Այսինքն, եթե նույնիսկ որոշել եք կրել, փոխեք այն ամեն օր, հանելուց բռնեք միայն թելերից և դրեք, ասենք, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակի մեջ, հետո գրպանը, կամ պայուսյակը, իսկ, իհարկե, նախընտրելի է ամեն հանելուց հետո այն փոխել: Խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել N95 դիմակները:
