Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարն ի՞նչ ձայնագրություններ ու փաստաթղթեր է ուզում հրապարակել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն ասել էր, թե «ՌԴ-ն Արշակ Կարապետյանի միջոցով է մեզ ասել՝ պատերազմ չի լինի, բայց մեր հետախուզությունը ճշտել էր հստակ օրը»: Երեկ մենք դիմեցինք պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանին՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը:

«Անկեղծ ասած՝ չէի ցանկանա մեկնաբանել «Գյումրու հրեշի» խոսքերը, նա ստախոս մարդ է, նույնիսկ անունը չեմ ուզում տալ: Բայց քանի որ անցնում են բոլոր «կարմիր գծերը», որոշ փակագծեր էլ ես կբացեմ»,-ասաց Կարապետյանը և հավելեց, որ երբևէ որևէ երկիր չի դիմել մեզ՝ տեղեկություն փոխանցելու, միշտ դիմել ենք մենք:

«Ցավալի է, որ մեր ղեկավարները երբեք չեն հավատացել մեր հետախուզությանը: Սա ասում եմ որպես զինվորական, որը տասը տարի եղել է արտաքին հետախուզության պետ: Միշտ տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձինք իրենց ուղիղ կապով տարբեր երկրներից, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ-ից ու ԱՄՆից ճշտել են՝ որքանով է տեղեկությունը ճիշտ, ունե՞ն նրանք այդպիսի տեղեկություն: Ես ինքս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասել եմ՝ պետք է հավատալ սեփական հետախուզության տվյալներին»,-ասաց Արշակ Կարապետյանն ու նշեց, որ նաև այդ խոսակցության ձայնագրությունը կա իր մոտ:

Ըստ գեներալի, քանի որ Փաշինյանը սիրում էր «Վոթցափով» շփվել, ձայնագրել մարդկանց, պահել գրագրությունը, ինքը դրանք պահպանել է, ու քանի որ իշխանությունները վաղուց անցել են «կարմիր գծերը», երևի թե ինքն սկսի հրապարակել դրանք. «Եթե կա մարդ, որը մի քանի երկրի գործակալ է, դա հենց Հայաստանի ղեկավարն է: Եթե այդպես չէ, թող պարզապես բացատրի՝ ինչպես եղավ, որ ԱԳ նախարար նշանակվեց ոչ թե պաշտոնակատար Արմեն Գևորգյանը, այլ Արարատ Միրզոյանը: Ու կտեսնենք, թե ով է գտնվել ազդեցության տակ: Եթե շարունակեցին այսպես, ես հերթով բացահայտելու եմ՝ ինչ է եղել իրականում: Որպես առաջին քայլ՝ ասեմ, որ 2020 թ. օգոստոսի 14-ին «Վոթցափով» Փաշինյանին տեղեկացրել եմ, որ լինելու է պատերազմ: Հետո դա ասել եմ ևս մի քանի անգամ տարբեր խոսակցությունների ժամանակ: Թե՛ ձայնագրությունը ունեմ, թե՛ գրագրության «սքրին շոթերը»: Շուտով դրանք կսկսենք տարածել»:

Արշակ Կարապետյանը նաև ասում է, որ իր ձեռքի տակ կան բազմաթիվ հետաքրքիր փաստաթղթեր: Օրինակ՝ ունի դեռևս 1999 թվականին ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան աշխատակցի զեկուցագիրն իր վերադասին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ համագործակցության մասին, որտեղ կա նաև վերջինիս բնութագիրը՝ ուշագրավ մեկնաբանություններով: Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ առաջիկայում երևի թե շատ հետաքրքիր ձայնագրություններ ու փաստաթղթեր սկսեն հրապարակել:
