«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ղրիմը միշտ հայտնի է եղել իր գինիներով, և ժամանակակից գինեգործներն էլ չեն դադարում աշխատել նոր ըմպելիքներ ստեղծելու, համերի և բույրերի նոր փնջեր ստեղծելու վրա։

Յուրաքանչյուր գինի ունի իր անունը, պատմությունը, իսկ ամենակարևորը՝ իր համն ու իր փունջը։ Ճիշտ չէ, երբ ասում են, թե բոլոր հիմնական գինիները վաղուց են ստեղծվել, և ի հայտ եկած նոր ապրանքանիշերը ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան առևտրային հնարքներ, իսկ լավագույնները պարզապես անցյալի կրկնօրինակներ են։ Նման կերպ են նաև ասում ոսկերիչներին, այսինքն՝ նրանք Ֆաբերժեի գործերի կրկնօրինակներ են ստեղծում իրենց սեփական ստեղծագործական ուժերի բացակայության և երևակայության կտրված թևերի պատճառով։ Այս ամենը ճիշտ չէ։

Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, վերադառնանք գինուն... Երբեմն դրա նկարագրությունը, կարծես, փոխառված լինի խոհարարական գրքից. վերցնում եք այս տեսակի խաղող, այսքան էլ մեկ այլ տեսակից, մզում եք, ավելացնում համեմունքներ ըստ ճաշակի, որոշակի քանակությամբ հասունացնում կաղնե տակառի մեջ և վերջ...

Որքան պարզ է թվում ամեն ինչ։ Իսկ ո՞ւր է այն արևը, որը մասնակցել է խաղողի հասունացմանը, ո՞ւր են անձրևն ու քամին, որոնք հոգ են տարել խաղողի մասին փոշոտման պահից։

Իրականում նույնիսկ մեր ժամանակներում են ծնվում նոր «տոհմային» գինիներ։ «Այ-սերեզ» վինտաժային աղանդերային կարմիր գինու ծննդյան տարեթիվն ընդամենը 1991 թվականն է։ Ծննդավայրը Ղրիմի պետական «Մորսկոյ» ֆերման է։ Գինին իր անունով պարտական է համանուն հողամասին, որը գտնվում է Մորսկոյե գյուղի մոտ։ Դեռ իր հայտնվելու չորրորդ տարում է «Այսերեզը» միջազգային մրցույթում արժանացել արծաթե մեդալի։ Սրանք ընդամենը «Կագոր» տեսակի գինու կենսագրության համառոտ տողեր են, բայց չէ՞ որ ինչ-որ բան ստիպել է դրա ստեղծողներին՝ այն չանվանել ևս մեկ «Կագոր», այլ տալ պատշաճ անուն։

Իրականում անհնար է շփոթել այդ անուշաբույր ըմպելիքի պայծառ, հարուստ համը՝ թեթևակի թթվաշ հետհամով, և շքեղ գույնը՝ հասուն նռնագույնից մինչև մուգ ռուբին։ Մեկ կումից շուրթերը խաղում են նրա գույներով ու համերով։ Համը նաև մուգ շոկոլադի, կակաոյի և կրեմի արտահայտիչ նոտաներով է։ Եվ հնարավոր է նաև զգալ մանուշակների, վայրի ծաղիկների և խոտաբույսերի բույրերը, նույնիսկ գարնանային ջրվեժների հազիվ նկատելի ցայլքերը...

Այս ինքնատիպ գինին չնայած կարմիր է, բայց հարմար չէ «մսի հետ»։ Այն բարելավում է սուրճի, շոկոլադի, քաղցրավենիքի, տորթի, պաղպաղակի համային նոտաները։ Այն աղանդերային գինի է և իսկապես նախատեսված է աղանդերի համար։ Եվ այն նաև բուժիչ է, ինչպես իր մերձավոր ազգականը՝ «Կագորը»։ Վատ եղանակին այն կտաքացնի ձեզ իր ջերմությամբ և կփակի գրիպի և մրսածության ճանապարհը։
