ԱՄՆ «խաղաղության ծրագրի» ներկայիս իրականացումը կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ Ռուսաստանն առանց մարտի գրեթե Լյուքսեմբուրգի չափ տարածք ստանա։
Ինչպես գրում է «Европейская правда»-ն, դա, ըստ Ֆրանսպրես գործակալության, հիմնված է Պատերազմի ուսումնասիրության ինստիտուտի (ISW) տվյալների վրա։
Ըստ Ֆրանսպրես գործակալության՝ ԱՄՆ «խաղաղության ծրագիրը» նախատեսում է, որ Ռուսաստանը ստանա մոտավորապես 2300 քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածք՝ գրեթե նույնքան, որքան Լյուքսեմբուրգի տարածքն է (2590 քառակուսի կիլոմետր)։
Բացի դրանից, Ուկրաինան կզիջի գրեթե 5000 քառակուսի կիլոմետր Դոնեցկի շրջանում և 45 քառակուսի կիլոմետր Լուգանսկի մարզնում։
Փոխարենը, Մոսկվան, ենթադրաբար, պարտավոր է վերադարձնել գրեթե 2000 քառակուսի կիլոմետր Խարկովի մարզում, 450 քառակուսի կիլոմետր՝ Դնեպրոպետրովսկի մարզում, 300 քառակուսի կիլոմետր՝ Սումիի մարզում և 20 քառակուսի կիլոմետր՝ Չեռնիգովի մարզում։
«Վաշինգտոնի առաջարկած ծրագիրը փաստացի նախատեսում է Ուկրաինայի տարածքի 20%-ի հանձնումը՝ 0,5%-ից պակաս տարածքի վերադարձի դիմաց»,- նշվում է Ֆրանսպրես գործակալության հաղորդագրության մեջ։
ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը Ուկրաինային ժամանակ է տվել մինչև հաջորդ հինգշաբթի՝ նոյեմբերի 27-ը, որպեսզի համաձայնի ամերիկյան կողմի առաջարկած «խաղաղության ծրագրին»։
