«Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, կառավարությունում քննարկվում է վերջնական սպառողներին մատակարարվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի մեջ ավելացված արժեքի հարկը 20 տոկոսից մինչև 18 տոկոսի իջեցնելու հնարավորությունը։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ էլէներգիայի հաստատված, բայց առայժմ սառեցված 49 դրամ սակագնում 9.8 դրամը ԱԱՀ–ն, որը գնում է ոչ թե ՀԷՑ–ին, այն պետական բյուջե։ Եթե ԱԱՀ–ն նվազեցվի մինչև 18 տոկոսի, ապա սակագինը կբարձրանա ոչ թե 7 դրամով, ինչպես որոշել է ՀԾԿՀ–ն, այլ 5.5 դրամով։
Եվս 1-2 դրամ փորձ է արվելու խնայել էներգետիկ ռեժիմների փոփոխության հաշվին և հոկտեմբերին սակագինը բարձրացնել ոչ թե 7 դրամով, այլ 3.5-4։ Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ կառավարությունը նման կոսմետիկ քայլերի է գնում էներգահամակարգը բովանդակային ուսումնասիրությունից զերծ պահելու և տարիներ շարունակ այս համակարգում հաստատված կոռուպցիոն սխեմաները չբացահայտելու նպատակով»,–գրում է թերթը։
