Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Ազգային ժողովի Առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիը Ավանեսյանը որպես հիմնական զեկուցող զեկուցելու է մի շարք օրենքներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին այդ թվում «Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին»։
ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկանում է նաև, որ նույն նիստի ժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Գասպարյանը զեկուցելու է Ազգային ժողովի ութերորդ գումարման տասներորդ նստաշրջանի 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 02-ի նիստերի օրակարգի նախագծում ընդգրկվող «Մարդու վերարտադրողական առողջության եւ վերարտադրողական իրավունքների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագծի վերաբերյալ Ազգային ժողովին եզրակացություն ներկայացնելու մասին։
Նախարարի տեղակալը հոկտեմբերի սկզբին ԱԺ-ում ներկայացրել էր, որ նախկինում սահմանված էր, որ հղիություն կրելու և վերարտադրողական օժանդակ տեխնոլոգիաներ կիրառելու համար սահմանված էր, որ կինը կարող է լինել 53 տարեկան, և փոխնակ մոր օգնությամբ երեխա ունենալու համար՝ 55 տարեկան: Հիմա տարիքային շեմն այլևս սահմանված չէ:
«Մարդու վերարտադրողական առողջության և վերարտադրողական իրավունքների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերը՝ մարդու վերարտադրողական օժանդակ տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելու իրավունքի իրացման տարիքային սահմանափակում նախատեսելու մասին, ճանաչվել են Սահմանադրության 31-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասին հակասող և անվավեր:
Ըստ այդմ՝ մշակվել է փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվել է օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերից հանել վերարտադրողական օժանդակ տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելու իրավունքի համար նախատեսված սահմանափակումները, կանանց և տղամարդկանց համար սահմանված որոշակի տարիքային շեմը: Այդ մասին նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ Ազգային ժողովի՝ հոկտեմբերի 22-ի նիստին ներկայացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Գասպարյանը:
