ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի օրոք ԱՄՆ մուտք գործած գրեթե 200,000 ուկրաինացիներ վտանգի տակ են երկրում իրենց օրինական կարգավիճակը կորցնելու՝ Թրամփի վարչակազմի օրոք երկարաձգման դիմումների մշակման ուշացումների պատճառով, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով ԱՄՆ կառավարության նախկինում չհրապարակված տվյալներին։
Հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ 2022 թվականի ապրիլից ի վեր Ուկրաինայից մոտ 260,000 մարդ է մուտք գործել Միացյալ Նահանգներ՝ նախկին նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմի ծրագրի շրջանակներում։
Նշվում է, որ օտարերկրացիների կողմից Միացյալ Նահանգներում իրենց օրինական կարգավիճակը երկարաձգելու դիմումների մշակման ուշացումները սկսվել են Թրամփի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո։
Գործակալության կողմից մեջբերված ԱՄՆ կառավարության տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2025 թվականի մայիսից ի վեր ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները մշակել են Ուկրաինայի և այլ երկրների քաղաքացիների կարգավիճակի երկարաձգման ընդամենը 1900 դիմում։
