ԱՄՆ-ն հետաձգել է Ուկրաինայի կողմից իր խաղաղության ծրագիրը հաստատելու վերջնաժամկետը, հաղորդում է The Economist-ը ։

Ժնևում խաղաղության ծրագրի շուրջ ուկրաինական պատվիրակության հետ բանակցություններից հետո ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն հայտարարել է, որ կողմերը «մշակում են» խաղաղության ծրագիր, և որ բանակցությունները պետք է շարունակվեն առաջիկա օրերին։

Ժնևում ձեռք բերված ցանկացած համաձայնագիր պետք է հաստատվի ինչպես Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու, այնպես էլ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմից, հնարավոր է՝ Վաշինգտոնում կայանալիք հանդիպման ժամանակ։

«Այնուամենայնիվ, Շնորհակալության օրվա գործարքի համար սահմանված վերջնաժամկետը և Ուկրաինայի կողմից ամերիկյան հետախուզությանը և կենսականորեն կարևոր զենքին հասանելիությունը կորցնելու սպառնալիքը վերացել են, գոնե առայժմ», - գրում է հրատարակությունը։

Ինչպես նշում է հրատարակությունը, ԱՄՆ 28 կետից բաղկացած ծրագիրը Զելենսկուն ներկայացրել է Պենտագոնի պաշտպանության նախարար Դեն Դրիսկոլը Կիևում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ, և այն «այնքան միակողմանի էր, որ նման էր Ռուսաստանի ցանկությունների ցանկի՝ խառնված Թրամփի տնտեսական պահանջների հետ»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, The Economist-ը նշում է, որ ծրագիրը բացահայտեց Թրամփի վարչակազմի ներսում տիրող անկարգությունը, մրցակցությունը և անգործունակությունը։
