Հայաստանում կվերապատրաստվեն 285 սփյուռքահայ

Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Առաջիկա ամռանը ևս, ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, Հայաստանում կկազմակերպվի «Սփյուռք» դպրոցը: Ծրագրին փետրվարի 11- ի նիստում հավանություն է տվել ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Ավանդույթի համաձայն, գրական հայերենի երկու ճյուղերը` արևմտահայերենը և արևելահայերենը, հայոց պատմությունը ուսանելու և վերապատրաստվելու նպատակով Հայաստան կգան սփյուռքի հայկական դպրոցների հայերենի և հայոց պատմության ուսուցիչներ, ազգային երգի խմբավարներ, պարուսույցներ, հայ երիտասարդ առաջնորդների և համայնքային գործի կազմակերպիչներ, հայկական ԶԼՄ- ների լրագրողներ:
2016 թվականին կազմակերպվելիք 5 դասընթացի ընթացքում կվերապատրաստվի մինչև 285 սփյուռքահայ: Միջոցառումը ֆինանսավորելու համար կառավարությունն հատկացրել է 120 մլն դրամ: Հաջորդ որոշմամբ գործադիրը հավանություն է տվել «Սփյուռքի հայկական կրթական հաստատություններին ուսումնական գրականության և օժանդակ նյութերի մշակում և տրամադրում» ծրագրին` դրա իրականացմանն հատկացնելով 100 մլն դրամ: Սփյուռքում գործող շուրջ 350 ամենօրյա և ավելի քան 600 մեկօրյա դպրոցներում հատկապես մեծ է արևմտահայերեն դասագրքերի, ուսումնաօժանդակ նյութերի, ազգային երգի ու պարի ձեռնարկների, մանկական գրականության, ժամանակակից մեթոդական և դիդակտիկ նյութերի, ինքնուսույցների, զրուցարանների պահանջարկը:
Օգտագործվելիք նյութերը մշակվում են երկրների, համայնքների, կրթօջախների առանձնահատկություններին, կրթական գործընթացի բազմազանությանը, արևմտահայերեն խոսող սփյուռքահայ հատվածի կարիքներին համապատասխան: 2002թ. ծրագիրն իրականացրել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը, 2014 թվականից` ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը: Նախագիծը մշակելիս օգտագործվել է նախորդ տարիների փորձը, ընդունվել են ծրագրում ներգրավված սփյուռքի հայկական համայնքային կազմակերպությունների, կրթօջախների և գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների առաջարկություններն ու ցանկությունները:
