ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծափաթաղ գյուղում սպանված 3 տարեկան Տիգրան Օվանեսովի քույրն ու 3 եղբայրները շատ տարբեր առողջական խնդիրներ ունեն։ Դրանք ոչ միայն կապված են փոքր եղբոր սպանության, այլև երեխաների կյանքի վատ որակի, մտավոր կարողությունների, հոգեկան առողջության հետ։
Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի «Մարդիգյան» երեխաների պաշտպանության կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Միրա Անտոնյանը։
Նոյեմբերի 4-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի նախաձեռնությամբ խնամակալության և հոգաբարձության մարմինը հրատապ նիստ է հրավիրել, և Օվանեսովների ընտանիքի երեխաներին անհապաղ տեղափոխել ՀՕՖ։
Անտոնյանի խոսքով` երեխաների հոգեբանական կարիքների գնահատում արվել է, և դրա արդյունքում հայտնաբերված խնդիրների մեծ փունջն առնչվում է Տիգրանի սպանությանը, և նրան, որ երեխաները հիմա իրենց ընտանիքում չեն։ Երեխաները դեռ սթրեսի մեջ են։
Հարցին, թե որն է երեխաների մոտ հայտնաբերված ամենալուրջ խնդիրը, Անտոնյանը շեշտեց, որ առկա է խորը բարձիթողի վիճակ` իր բոլոր հետևանքներով։
«Ոչ թե կիսախնամք կամ վատ խնամք, այլ խորը անխնամություն։ Այսինքն` խոսում ենք ոչ թե վերջին 1-2 ամսվա վատ խնամքի, այլ այդ երեխաների անտեսված լինելու մասին։ Երեխաները կենցաղային հմտություններ, հիգիենա, առօրյայի կազմակերպում չեն սովորել։ Շփումներում դժվարություն ունեն, ուրիշ երեխաների հետ ագրեսիվ են, դժվար են կառավարում իրենց էմոցիաները։ Հնարավոր է` երեխաների մոտ առկա են ոչ միայն հոգեբանական, այլև հոգեբուժական խնդիրներ։ Ագրեսիվությունը 4 երեխաների մոտ էլ առկա է, բայց արդյոք դա հոգեբուժական խնդիր է, թե ոչ, ցույց կտա հետազոտությունը։ Համենայնդեպս, նման կասկածներ, անհանգստություն ունենք։ Երեխաներից մեկը չի խոսում, այժմ հետազոտվում է, որ հասկանանք խնդիրն օրգանական է, թե ոչ»,- ասաց Անտոնյանը։
