ՀՀ կառավարության ընդունած որոշմամբ հանվել է ավանդի դիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալուհամար ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառված լինելու պահանջը:

ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը կառավարության նիստում, մասնավորապես, նշեց. «2016թ. հունվարի 1-ից հետո ավանդի դիմաց փոխհատուցման տրամադրման համար դիմելիս մինչեւ 1931 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ծնված անձանց` ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառված լինելու և անապահովության «0» միավորից բարձր միավոր ունենալու պահանջը հանվում է»: Ավանդի դիմաց փոխհատուցման տրամադրման գործընթացը համապատասխանեցվել է «Հայաստ անի Հանրապետության 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 12-րդ կետի բ) ենթակետին, ըստ որի նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում մինչեւ 1993 թվականի հունիսի 10-ը ներդրված դրամական ավանդների դիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալու իրավունքը տրված է մինչեւ 1931 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ծնված անձանց, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցներին, մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով չօգտագործվող եւ հակառակորդի կողմից հողատարածքների գնդակոծման դեպքեր ունեցող` ՀՀ սահմանամերձ համ այնքներում 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ հաշվառված անձանց:
