Ավարտվել է 7,9 մլն ռուբլին մաքսանենգությամբ տեղափոխելու քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում ավարտվել է մաքսանենգության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ քաղաքացին 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 25-ին մաքսային անցակետով Հայաստան մուտք գործելիս, մաքսային հայտարարագրման ենթակա չհայտարարագրված դրամական միջոցը պահելով իր հագին եղած հագուստի գրպաններում, ՀՀ պետական սահմանով ապօրինի տեղափոխել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 7 մլն 990 հզր 100 ՌԴ ռուբլի կանխիկ գումար:
Մեկ անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 291-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների և (կամ) վճարային գործիքների մաքսանենգությունը):
Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և ըստ էության քննության առնելու համար դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
